We had a junior suite at this hotel(28dec2017-04jun2018) and we enjoyed our stay , especial the big and clean room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is also perfect, very close to restaurants and shopping centers in the heart of Istanbul.

Family Ballerano ,the best hotel in Istanbul near to all the most important things to see, in the middle of the best shopping way Istical Caddesi and finally good personal always kind and ready to give us the right information.can I say six stars ? Our best wishes to Dida and the other guys..

We were a group of 9 people with 5rooms.
On arrival our rooms weren't ready due to the flooding the day before after some time they were able to arrange rooms for us some receiving an upgrade and others a downgrade.
The breakfast was okay.
The room was never cleaned thoroughly and the towels weren't fresh just the used ones refolded.
The air-conditioning wasn't working even though it was scorching outside and the shower leaked.
They refused to give second access cards which added to the bad experience.
The deluxe rooms were modern and big though.It is well situated to the busy Taksim Square.
The staff would buy time by telling you to speak to the manager in the morning then the manager would tell you it would be sorted out later that day. When you enquire later that day, the manager would be gone already and staff would tell you to enquire when the manager is in. This cycle continues in what can only be described as a stalling tactic. Needless to say nothing gets done whether it's a faulty air-conditioning,leaking shower or refunds for overcharging.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and right off of the main strip of Taksim square -perfectly located. Modern bathroom equipment -faucets, sink, etc- and in great condition. Good size rooms. Great value for money. Minor downsides: most of the lights are LED -white [as opposed to yellow warm light] and not very bright. Eco friendly shower head which even though the pressure was great didn't give a lot of water.

Perfect location!! Right in the middle of everything at Taksim Square. Restaurants and stores everywhere around you.

A block away from the main shopping street and loads of places to eat and shop around. Great staff. Nice rooms. Speaks English. Good value.

What a hidden gem. Amazingly nice and clean. A bit noisy outside, but the rooms make up for it.

Just back in Sweden from lovely Istanbul and Misafir8Suites - this lovely place! Had a wonderful stay with my son and daughter and their partners. Celebrating my daughters birthday and New Year. The combination of room 502 with the terrace and the huge room 202 was excellent! Not what I had booked but a super advice from the hotel!! Thanks! We had a lovely birthday celebration with good help from the staff for the morning session! Thanks again! And we are already missing the breakfasts! Imagine the nice man running to get the big pot of best Turkish Yoghurt when it turned out to be finished. And how he so proudly served the young happy lady! We will for sure be back again!
