I visited this place 1 weeks ago. I posted 5 star with no complaint. But this time the staff of front desk attitude was totally different. At business center I used computer to print out bording ticket but didn't work. 4 Receptionists almost took 30 minutes to fix printer. I told them 'It's shame you have broken printer' The one of the receptionist'name " BURAK" yelling at me "It's not shame. Nobody can be perfect. What a rude attitude instead of apology for inconvenience. They have to train basic manner how to treat customer nicely. And at bed room there were former guest's one black socks at dirty stain carpet.It was really disgusting.

Clean room, comfort bed, nice breakfast and closed to the Istanbul International Airport. They also provide the shuttle bus service from hotel to Airport from 6 AM, very convenient.

Bedrooms are a bit run down now. . There is a vast amount of building going on in and around this area. This did not impact on my stay. Though I'm not so sure they can offer a "Garden view". I would say this hotel is for the business traveller. If you are looking for a tourist experience a resort or downtown Istanbul would be a better choice. This hotel is also an iption if you have an overnight layo er. Approx 20-25 min drive from airport though, depending on traffic. The breakfast is a good array of cooked dishes as well as many meats/cheeses/cereals/salads/nuts etc. Staff are pleasant.

I stayed in the hotel in 2015 and now in 2017. Its so unfortunate that the hotel went from a very good hotel to a very bad hotel. The staff are not friendly anymore. The rooms are very dirty and need maintenance (i tried two rooms this month). The toilet is very bad and need improvement, when you take a shower the water will leak to the floor no matter how hard you tried for it not to (i faced this issue in more than one room). The lightning in the rooms and the corridors are not working properly. The only good thing about this hotel is the its close to the airport. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone anymore although i used too !

They didn't send airport shuttle as requested. Took a taxi to the hotel and they were very apologetic, great staff, and they really took good care of us. Gave us an upgraded suite room and arranged for a taxi next morning to Airport. Definitely recommend it.

They class this hotel a 5 star but should really be 3 there is nothing 5star about it. This the second time this summer I used this hotel first time they where very good but this time round is like they are trying to make sure I wont come here again well they succeeded let me start by explaining the problems with the hotel. There is leaks everywhere water dripping from the sealing. The service is dreadful specially in the morning breakfast buffet they dont know the difference with coffee and tea like even a monkey can figure that out how stupid do you have to be to get it right. Also plates and cups is not clean and washed properly. When you order food from the bar and when it come to the table it lacked presentation not impressed at all, i am a smoker they ant no place for smoker to smoke there was last time round a few weeks ago but now they make you stand out side with no sitting area this is a 5star hotel that makes smokers stand outside and brings no coffee or tea services to the customers. If you want to go to the swimming beware the pool is dirty there is no lifeguard and they force you to buy a swimming cap to use wile swimming im sorry but i dont like anything on my head and they charge 10pound for a cap disgusting if you force me to wear it then it should be after all its a five star hotel supposedly also when bar is closed and they wont serve you downstairs at the lobby they make you go all away up to your room and then order what ever you want beaver that what you order wont come to your room for atleast an hour iv asked them about this and they say there short of stuff if thats the case you ant five star mate there are more things that i can add here but i think iv said enough I wont ever come to this hotel again not worth the money or my time there are cheaper hotels out there with 5 star service it might be a english brand but lacks in contrast one star rating for the holiday inn airport Istanbul shameful

Nice big rooms. Decor and furniture needs an upgrade and looks and feels old. The bed is superb. Bathroom nice and big.
Internet is seriously fast.

This is one of the best hotels in Istanbul. Awesome bar, food and sauna. Free high speed internet. Pay tv, you can even buy xxx movies on tv

The breakfast was recommended to me and it was well worth the effort. Shuttles make this a good pick because when back at the hotel, it isn't on a pedestrian thoroughfare so my perception of the security is that it is good and staff front and center in the lobby and outside, some use your name, and it was a break from the hustle one has on arrival, with anything you want nearby. Staff were lovely organising me to get to Gallipoli by bus and storing my gear.
