Have tried to use Craig's service for my move-in general pest control, and rats control, which costs $1,000 in total for a small flat. The cockroaches were still alive and happy a few weeks after the first treatment. So I called again for a second visit. Craig promised to come back very soon since its under the warranty. But he keeps postponing and making excuses. In the end, I had to call another pest control which did a fantastic job quickly with less than half of Craig's quote. Till today, Craig still hasn't gotten back to me with my query. I was attracted by Craig's 5 stars review, but in the end, I got the worst experience I ever had. A big no to this business.

Hi Craig, if you can’t even remember who I am, maybe it’s time to hide your ego and carefully review your current service level.

Craig from WIld Weta treated our property for rats. He was professional throughout and provided excellent customer service. The initial treatment was punctual and effective, and Craig had no reluctance to come back for another treatment for no extra cost within the 6 month guarantee period.

Craig has done several jobs for us on our rental properties and most recently our family home. So far, he’s sorted out fleas and cockroaches, quickly and effectively. His six-month warranty on gives us heaps of peace of mind, meaning if the critters come back, he’ll return for round two free of charge.

After trying to deal with an ongoing ant problem myself unsuccessfully, I looked up No Cowboys and found Craig. Based on his reviews I contacted him and he was able to come shortly thereafter. He was professional and thorough. I am pleased with the result and especially as he gives a 6 month guarantee should the little pests come back in annoying numbers again!

We used craig for a household pest problem. Craig turned up promptly, did the job & locked up everything afterwards as promised. I was happy there was almost no detectable odour from his product. Any concerns i had were addressed by a personal phone call from craig to explain things. Would def recommend wild weta

Outstanding service with detailed information about the product. Great friendly professional manner, unmarked vechile 😀 so neighbours did not find out. Bad ant invasion to our home. Craig was responsive and dealt with them promptly.
We had no problem for over 18 months since the previous invasion and treatment.
Happy to use again though hopefully we won't see ants again for another long period.

We had some rat issue recently and called Craig for help. Craig was very professional and a good communicator. The property was checked thoroughly. He was also very considerate as we had a dog and cat at home and he was very careful laying down bait. Will certainly call him back if we have other pest issue.

Had a rat party going on in my backyard, square dancing, kegs and dress ups. Called Craig at wild weta and he came on a weekend and set out party treats . He ruined all their ratty fun, they all left to ratty heaven or hell depending on their past lives. That was a year ago, last week the rats were checking out a penthouse in my roof space so I called Craig again. He was here in a day ,refilled the party stations in the back , and set up buffet in the ceiling space. Got him to set out hors douvres in the house for the mice too. I would recommend inviting Craig to any rodent function you are having.

Craig at wild weta phoned me back within minutes. We arranged a mutually convenient time. Craig was prompt, amicable. A joy to deal with. I had a giant rat creeping up my pipes and raiding the rubbish bin in my kitchen. I opened the door once and saw it disappearing down the hole. It was enormous. My cat didn't want to know about it that's for sure! Well that giant bastard is gone now! The bait had been half consumed by the very next morning. Haven't heard any more in the ceiling either! I was worried they were going to gnaw the wiring and burn the place down! I can sleep easy now.

Called me at 9.30pm for an issue that wasn't urgent. Gave me a quote over the phone of $495 on two separates occasions that we decided to go ahead with after a couple of days.
But when we wanted to confirm a booking a week in advance via email between 2pm-3pm, Craig called me at 9.30pm. I let it go to voicemail because it was far too late to take a call from a random number. In his voice message, he told me that I failed to mention that the $495 cost would be exclusive of GST. I didnt fail to do anything?! It was never mentioned over the phone so I wasnt aware of it. I just assumed the cost he gave verbally, was inclusive of this. The GST itself, wasnt a big deal at all - but I was already sick of the back and forth, so told him "don't worry about it, thanks". THEN, txt after txt, after txt followed my simple 'no thank you'. I asked him not to txt me again, but they kept on coming through till 10.30pm. I felt so harassed when he wouldnt leave me alone. I just wanted the constant txts to STOP. I made it absolutely clear that his messages were unwanted but he had no respect for that. I will never use or recommend this service to anyone.
