  "Wow', Ignite Fireplace in Poland road,
  the nicest bunch of people you could ever wish to help with your fire needs. My old "Masport wood-Stove, didn't seem to be working like it used too, so went to the Masport Studio in Glenfield to get a bit of advice (my idea of giving it a good kick, was not well received by my wife) All the fire bricks had crumpled over the several years we have used it, & my idea of a couple off concrete building blocks, was severely frowned upon.
  The people at the Fireplace studio were so knowledgeable & well informed about fires. In about 20mins they knew exactly what my old Masport needed, just a couple of properly placed fire-bricks in the right place. My thanks go to the names I remember Lisa Front desk, Sam Mr Cool, who set me on the right path, Young Jack, who opened the doors & carried the Fire bricks.

  The team at Ignite fireplace studio have been fantastic. As per previous reviews we had a bad experience with the previous owners but since this team has taken over everythying has been smooth. The new owners are honest and reliable and supplied our fires at cost due to the experience with the previous owners. They didnt have to do this but did in it good faith. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase any future fires with these guys. Thank you very much for the great service and helping us out

  Hi , We dont normally do a " review" as such but i really just wanted to put this in writing because we are so happy with this product and this company. We have had a Real Fire (3 burner 1200) for about 18 months now. We love it. We love the look of the fire, and look of the flame. Its exactly what we wanted. It gives us the ambience and atmosphere that was missing from our house while keeping the lines and look we want. We found the service and honesty of Real fires fantastic.   My wife and I have purchased fires for four properties since 2001. Every time the same great experience hence us returning.
  
  We have just purchased another fire and their product offering has widened which we were impressed by. Will buy again on our next build.

  Very disappointed with this company. We have been a good customer, we paid for 2 fires for our renovation. We had one installed ok. The second was an outdoor fire, which we paid for in full but didn't take delivery until we were ready. Our landscaping plan genuinely changed and we no longer required the outdoor fire. We hadn't taken delivery and asked if we could get a refund, we were happy to pay a fee for this but were told NO we had to take delivery. They had our $8000 for 5months but were not prepared to refund whatsoever. We thought we were a valued customer, but sadly no. We are now faced with having to try and sell the fire - still in the box. Would not recommend.
