Had many office chairs on site to look at and try, and many were very comfortable and felt premium. Most chairs also offered a 10 year warranty which is great. Staff were helpful, suggesting appropriate chairs when I explained what I was looking for and didn't hover when I wanted to try some by myself. Left having purchased a great chair, which was fully delivered the day after.

The chair is absolutely amazing. The store was quiet and I got service right away from the rep. I knew exactly what I wanted and the rep kindly put the chair in my car for me. Only negative, I got the arms separately that I ended putting into a grocery bag. I don't think this store sells direct to consumers that much.
