Absolutely useless the Manukau store. Nearly 4 months since draws was paid and ordered. The Indian male that called me from there before is also rude and arrogant. They blame Covid for slow delivery of draws.

Useless.. ordered a mattress and base online for delivery. Was promised I would receive my order in about a week. Fast forward to a week later, I give them a call to see how everything was going and if my order was still coming, they then said there have been delays and my order is being pushed back another week. I'm still fine at this stage and know that these things happen. Fast forward another week and I don't hear anything from them. I decide to give them a call and straight away I am given attitude when I ask about my order. Remember I ordered delivery but now they telling me I'm meant to go "pick up" my bed and mattress.. now I'm getting angry, after a few words, I'm put in a situation where I either have to wait another week for my order (because they forgot to book it in) or just go pick it up myself. I decided to pick it up myself and now they refusing to pay back the delivery fee they charged me because "they going through hard times"

Love the lounge suite I brought from here. Great sales people, although I thought the guy we were dealing with was a bit pushy, he was quick on the mark with getting all the relevant paperwork done. But felt a bit pressured with completing the purchase.

Product Quality I bought didn't even last 3 years. Spent a lot for Quality. Now in limbo to spend another $4 to $5k to buy samething or similar.

Very pushy sales people 5 times we said we would like to look on our own only for same sales man to come back within 15 secs each time so Buy Buy we shopped else where
