Helpful team who know their stock, and were able to make good recommendations based on the build style.
I recently purchased a Motherboard and other PC parts from Computer Lounge. The CPU I wanted was not in stock so I went elsewhere for this. As it happened there was a massive delay every where for this CPU so I changed to another brand - requiring another M Bd socket type. Computer Lounge were awesome in facilitating the swap and purchase of Motherboard and CPU. Thanks Ethan.
Computer Lounge are simply the best retailer I have dealt with in years, helpful knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Thanks guys we will definitely continue to support you! Cheers
Computer Lounge is amazing in so many respects. Paul Pattison responds to every single email and in good time. He is patient, always answering questions. Purely on account of the good reviews I saw, and his email responses, I felt I could trust them, and got the Blue Yeti microphone from him. The service is top notch, and I highly recommend Computer Lounge. I'd be more than happy to make any future purchases from the store. Highly recommended.
Located near the Sylvia Park shopping mall, Computer Lounge can be found close by. They have both an Online and Offline retail store. I had recently purchased an Corsair 275 case here for my build and I was amazed by the experience. I had talked with Paul and he was kind to explain everything clearly in an unbiased way that helped me clear my thoughts. I would absolutely recommend a visit here if you are looking for competitively priced computer goods and good service.
Awesome friendly staff and best price
If i ever have any issues they are quick to fix them, prices are good and even if it is 20-40 more expensive to get it from computer lounge im happy to pay extra just to be safe. Have used them alot and wont be changing anytime soon.
From what I've seen, these guys are almost always in stock with things that PB and Playtech never seem to bother restocking. I'd rather go to these guys than wait weeks just to pay a tiny margin of the price difference thanks. Quite happy with the customer service provided also, as I bought a reservoir from Playtech originally and they gave me the completely wrong unit, went to these fellas and they pointed it out straight away. Thanks guys, appreciate it and keep up the customer service.
Call me a baise but these guys deserve 5/5 star, bought my hardware for my video editing machine 3 years ago, it awesome to deal with bunch of kiwis. I revisit this afternoon the chaps are still keen on sorting me out with the what I need, Thanks heaps peeps, keep the good stuff up.
Only the best gear, very knowledgable and helpful service, and top notch professional custom builds. I have had many PCs built here and have never had any issues. Best PC store in Auckland.
Great place friendly guys, I loved the fact that you had so many items in stockmy debit card was itching to spend.
These guys are great. They stock a lot of products others don't, for example - high end audio (both playback and recording) as well as enthusiast cooling equipment. Particularly the Noctua fan series.
They provide advice and opinion, rather than just one. They don't co-erce you into decisions, but instead listen to what you want to accomplish and consider your budget. Very knowledgeable staff.
I recommend Computer Lounge - Bought my I 7700k CPU from here and when I installed it was faulty . Got my replacement CPU in 3-4 days. Very satisfied.
Came here to buy a few parts that I need for my my first custom build. I was helped out by Thomas who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended!
Slow to fulfill order & poor communication from store. Disappointing considering positive past experiences purchasing here.
Great and friendly service. Best place to test personal audio gear. Alex really knows his stuff.
They buy (some, not all) stock from PB, mark it up, then resell it. Normal retail move that lots of places do. Then they act extremely unprofessional online and attack PB for really weird things. Like how they think they invented the line "a letter to our customers" and that PB ripped them off by saying it in an email. Not such a normal retail move. In fact, it's an incredibly stupid business move and makes me not want to buy from them.
Should you post a negative review, part of which is complaining that you have an issue with how they handle social media, their "former" social media guy attacks you multiple times using his personal facebook account, which coincidentally has also left them a 5 star review and takes zero precaution with his online appearance so it looks like he still represents them, even though he claims to have left when you call him out for those things. Hiring someone as immature as him doesn't do much to assure me about their professionalism.
I have no doubt that they'll call me a liar for this review, or complain about me, or make things up or get a bunch of people who leave 5 star reviews to try and cancel mine out.
Just think about it for yourself - would you really trust buying $$$$ of fragile products from a company who behaves that way for everyone to see and hires people like that? Who is so stupid that they'll attack their own supplier online to try and look edgy? Yeah nah, I have zero faith in them looking after me as a customer, especially after they accuse me of being a liar. I'd rather cut out the middle man and buy straight from PB who have always been great to me, or go to Extreme PC in St Lukes, both of whom have always had better prices than CL.
