Top service from these guys. First, they were open at New Years when every other Auckland Hi Fi shop was closed. Staff were enthusiastic and listened to my requirements for a 2 channel amp to supplement my Yamaha AVR. Best of all, they had the NAD unit I was keen on in stock and with an $800 discount. Salesman Stephen King deserves a large pay rise. He even carried the amp to my car. Very happy all around with this company in my first time using them.

They got many items HIFI wise and pricing is on point.
They do offer you trade ins.
They do have a good customer service.
Located at a good centralised spot.

The service is exceptional.
I ordered a centre speaker (for a great price) and speaker cables and was shocked when it all arrived the next day.
They were also happy to take the time to talk through options for other projects without making me feel like they were in a hurry to get away, even when I was making a relatively low value purchase.

Very pleased with the shopping experience at this store!
I was served by Ben, who was very patient with me answering all my questions.
I am very happy with the package I purchased (Home Theater Pack 1)
Which came with an AV Receiver and speaker package. Setup was easy and the unit fits perfectly in my entertainment center. A big upgrade over my Logitech Z906! much easier having my sound system controlled via HDMI and having it all turn on and off in sync.

Excellent advice and service. I jhave just bought a music system from Paul Money in My Eden from Stephen and John,and I couldnt be more pleased with the quality of the components , the sound quality and the price I paid. I would thoroughly recomend this firm to anyone who is purchasing a hi fi system. They have over 30 years experience and they know their products well and provide quality servicing and they will do installations . I am most impressed. Great to find honesty and integrity in a firm.

I've always found Ben at the Albany shop really helpful. He recently went out of his way to sort out a fault on a subwoofer that was just out of it's 5 year warranty, so that it was almost totally rebuilt at no charge to me. One of the benefits of dealing with local retailers and suppliers.

Bought a Rotel CD player for $1395. Broke down within 12 months and fixed under warranty. Three years later, broke down again - disc would not eject. Not covered under warranty and Paul Money would not stand behind the product. Absolutely shocking service and I will never, ever, buy any more gear off these people.

The best service I've had in an audio shop, hands down. Let me try different headphones with different amps for ages, and gave great advice by actually listening to how I'd use them.
