Took a very small tent repair (5-10mins ) in . explained that I needed it in 11 days . Boss then wanted to whack me $80 and said " you could do this yourself -i don't need you ,we can't do it for three weeks " ! I spent $1000s with this company over the years . So i said i would help spread the word that they are too busy to do your work ! customer service Zero here
