Room has no AC. No free Wi-Fi. Electrical outlet is hard to reach. A very old and out of style room. Bath room door cannot be closed. Does not worth the money. I am staying at room 2217. It's an 2 star hotel :

The lake view supereior rooms are amazing and well worth the little bit extra. To wake up to a stunning lake view is something else and truly a MUST if you're staying here. However, the "king" beds are just two king singles pushed together which means they come apart easily in the night, which was the only downfall of the room. Hotel rooms were clean with complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice start to the mornings. Have to book the spa in advance, so make sure you get in quick - all in all, good experience aside the bed, with one of the best views I've had in a hotel, ever.

Very friendly service, they even let us check in early when we came in to ask about check in times! Comfortable rooms and surprisingly cheap considering the hotel and being in Queenstown - a very good base for our stay there, only a short walk through the gardens to the center of town.

The radiator in the room was broken, called to the reception and was given a small portable heater to be used for the night. We requested for a change of room and luckily there was a smaller room available for us.
The manager was efficient when doing his job but could be more friendly during the check in process. His poker face made us feel as if we weren't welcomed at the hotel.

Beautiful place very convenient to the main center/ shops of Queens town. Everything was just 5 to 10 min walking distance. Hotel had clean room, contained mini fridge, security box, hair dryer and electric water kettle. They don't have microwave in the hotel room. Hence gave one star less otherwise it was a good stay and paid for the parking a one time fee$20 for 3 night stay there in June. Which was very convenient as the street parking was hard to find.

Stayed here on 2015 for a short vacation to Queenstown. Location is fantastic, rooms are great but paid wifi is a bit of a stretch considering it was 2015. Come on!

Rooms were relatively comfortable but gets really stuffy and hot in the summer. The hotel has a really good cafe and restaurant. Lack of wifi is utterly disappointing and makes the hotel's service standards archaic considering many other cheaper alternatives around the area offer free wifi.
