Karaoke at Cheers bar is a lot of fun. Good wholesome food at the restaurant. Pleasant staff. Good service.

The Menu was minimal. No chips for kids. Limited meat options. No cheese board. Paid $38 per person for nothing. Went out afterwards to get something to eat. Could've spent $14 at Mcds or B King and got better meal. Will definitely be going there again, even if someone paid for my rubbish meal. Useless!!!

Staff is nice. Location is okay. Hotel is abit old. Room is just like a normal old hotel. Size is okay, flexible for family. Parking space is okay. We never having meals in this hotel so can not tell. Security is okay.

Awful. My room wasn't available at the check in time. There were workmans tools in my room. The phone did not work. Said workman came to collect his tools 30mins after I arrived. Glasses were dirty. Room service came into my room on multiple occasions despite there being a please do not disturb on the door handle. There were leaks in the main hall being caught by buckets surrounded by wet carpet. We were awoken by an evacuation alarm/fire alarm no one from the hotel informed us of what to do where to go or what was happening. On heading back inside we were locked outside of our room, we asked numerous staff on our floor to let us back in, no one would help. We then asked for a key at reception which did not work in the door. To top the experience off my partner left his jandals behind and in calling later that day they informed us they had been thrown out. Not impressed. We will never go back.

Hotel in need an update in decor, customer service, and amenities. Free wifi in lobby only, weak signal and limited data use. Room wifi very expensive and once again limited data use. Minimum tv channels available. Old, poor running showers. 20-40 minute walks to any nearby sights. There are better hotels and better locations for your money.
