  Great accommodation. Great rooms with plenty of room. Friendly staff and awesome Spa massage. Would definitely come again. 5 min drive from everything.

  Beautiful hotel room, very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and got given free cookies and milk. The man that was working in the reception was very nice! Looking forward to staying there again. 10/10 ❤️

  A quaint little place. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Not what I would call luxurious, but that's ok. Spas in each room are an awesome feature, and the shower pressure could melt your flesh off if you want it to, very impressive. A comfortable night sleep, and a lovely breakfast delivered right to our room!

  A motel but comfortable, clean, fairly modern. Well appointed suite with a huge spa bath. Hard to fault other than it's the other end of Fenton St from the pubs and restaurants.

  Lovely little venue. Hosts were really friendly and helpful and close enough to town if you fancy a walk or if not a short taxi trip to centre and touristy bits.

  - Nice size; spacious.
  - Comfy bed.

  - Shower and jacuzzi tub.
  - Good water pressure.
  
  SERVICE
  
  - Excellent. Loved the hosts, Allan and Shirley, who picked me up at the bus station, offered many tips, let me borrow a coat.
  - Good wifi.
  
  OTHER
  
  - Tea and hot chocolate in the room.
  - Good location; a nice 20-30 walk from the shops/restaurants. Could be great on a bike. Taxis are a bit pricey.
  - Was able to have lunch at a nearby restaurant and charged to my room at the Silver Fern.

  Motel close to downtown Rotorura and all the other awesome attractions in the area. We stayed Dec 2016, second floor, unit 17. Room was clean & quite. We had a car, so getting around was super easy. Good stay, great motel.
