The better of the similarly named hotels. The 15th floor had a wonderful view of the water and city.

I would like to Complain about the problem in my room 1008 at waldorf celestion apartment hotel.

Firstly It really disappointed because of first day I can't connect internet wi-fi in my room then I called to receptionist 5 September 2017 at 1 P.m.
I talked with receptionist I can't connect wi-fi receptionist told me I have to waiting till 5 P.M. After that staff came to repair wi-fi 8:30 P.M

After I checked out 2 hours I received email about TV remote (Skybox remote) was missing after I stay but I didn't Watch tv when I stayed in room 1008. Definitely It isn't my fault. I paid for Bond 50 NZD but now I still didn't get money back!!!!!

Love this Apartment, great value & handy to Spark Arena & Auckland CBD. Love the Little India restaurant which is in the same building complex. Great kitchen facilities in the apartments for those that want to cook meals. Great for families as well as couples staying together & sharing rooms to keep costs down.

I can't understand why the gusts use the same elevator with the staffs? when they are working. they will carry the trash bags and carts. There's always such a crush in the elevator. Don't you know it will be messy and crowed in the elevator? Don't you know your staffs going to different level he elevator will be waiting for so long? Seriously you should think about how to be a good hotel and get your google review looks good.

We stayed there for ten days in March. The apartment itself is very nice, spacious and we loved it. It was everything else with the Waldorf Celestion that we had problems with, mostly the parking. They must have at least 200 rooms, yet have 12 parking spaces. Yes, 12, and unless you like walking 18 minutes (they claim it's 3 minutes, which is a lie, we timed the walk each time.) everytime you go to your car, it sucks.
It rained for several days we were there, and we had to walk in it. We got back very late at night a few times, and again, had to walk back to the Waldorf. It really sucked, as one person in our group was disabled. I would NOT recommend the Waldorf Celestion for any group of people over 25.
If your lucky, you can reserve one of those precious 12 spaces at a cost of $25 a day, if not, your walking. This is why I'm giving the Celestion two stars.

Location is good, with restaurants well within walking distance.

The hotel is small and narrow, but comfortable and clean. There is limited onsite parking, but you can book parking at the nearby Britomart car-park through the hotel, which is only 5 mins walk. It's unlimited entry with the provided carpark key card.

Check-in staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed on the 16th floor which had amazing views from both rooms that looked out in opposite directions. Rooms were made up very neatly with comfortable beds (allergy NB: Duvet and pillows were both feather). No milk was available but there were coffee and tea (black and green) packets. In very close proximity to multiple cafes, shops and Vector Arena.

I just moved into this place and within a week I have seen so many unhappy customers. I have travel around the world and stayed at many many places but this is the first time I had ever heard a manager tell an unhappy customer that she should be grateful because she is solving her problem!!!😳 I was stoked!! Within a week I had problems with my card and got told that because I am not a guest at the hotel but at the apartments it is not the obligation to re program my card, that next time I they will charged me 50 dollars to re program it. 😳 By the way if the cards get close to your phone or a credit card they stop working so you need to put it somewhere away from yourself Hahahaha or you will have to pay 50 dollars! 😔 I wish I had checked the reviews before I booked it for so long! The staff have the worst attitude I have ever seen. Not all of course, but oh boy if your have to deal with the rude ones! Good luck.
