The facilities, Reception staff, Restaurant staff and their service is great but the room service staff failed in their duties by not getting rooms done up well. They failed to re-fill tea,coffee, milk. On Friday they failed to chane dirty towels and replace shampoo and conditioner. While i enjoyrd my 5 days stay in all areas it got me upset to see the room service staff failing in responsibilities.

Friendly staff. Nice comfortable rooms. Restaurant was a bit slow and food average (but was part of a large group). Gary (the piano player) provided great entertainment for the evening :). Recommended visit.

Fantastic place that supports local community projects. They provide our sports club free use of a function room for out monthly committee meetings.

Beautiful view and the staff are very friendly. The food was fresh and hot and finished plates were cleared quickly. Bathrooms clean and lots of parking. Awesome wedding venue.

This is my local for a fancy drink and nibbles. The rooms are great too. We've stayed at the penthouse suite and it was beautiful. There is a separate bar with own menu as well as restaurant with buffet options. Great for company bookings as well

Pleasantly surprised when I checked in for the first time. The room had two queen beds, a decent sized TV with all the movies & a modern full sized bathroom with shower and a separate bath! Excellent value for money, especially with nice meals a part of the package & the friendly staff and top notch service they provide is more like 5-star.
