Desk service is good but none of the days were my sheets changed or bed made. Cleaning staff are terrible. I had to ask for new products each day. They were not replaced either. It's next to a youth hostel with the random locals talking about buying drugs. The place is a bit noisy. Each morning I woke up to low life's swearing in the hallway. The windows can't hide the light from the outside either. Never staying here again.

As many reviewers have pointed out, the rooms are not very good. Lots of stuff is broken (curtains, stove, washing machine) or damaged (lots of stains in the carpet). However, overall cleanliness was fine and the front desk staff was helpful at all times. We stayed in tower A on level 10 and had no noise complaints, at lower levels this could be more problematic with 2 (!) strip clubs around the corner.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The Bianco off queen, Auckland is absolutely disguising. We stayed here recently and the room was run down, the bed sheets had holes in them, the lights in the bathroom flicker and would short circuit whilst having a shower, the carpet in the room had large stains covering the majority of the floor and smelt horrible. When we arrived at the hotel an Eastern European gentlemen was cursing the employees behind the front counter for not mopping up the floors in the foyer. He was clearing management and/or the owner however, after seeing the room, he has ALOT bigger issues to worry about than the front foyer. DO NOT STAY AT THE BIANCO OFF QUEEN AUCKLAND, you will regret your decision. Staff at this establishment are absolutely hopeless and rude. There is no customer service at all and guests are treated very poorly.

I stayed at this hotel for business and was booked for at the last minute.  Upon entering my room, the kitchen was in a tidy state, however the carpets were badly stained, there were holes in the wall and bathroom floor had not been mopped and the light was out in the bathroom. There was mould in the washing machine and no plug in the sink I’m not sure how someone can thoroughly clean the bathroom with only one light working. Reading from some other reviews, this is not the first time that guests have seen this. The windows were very dirty and the fixtures very dated and really just need to be thrown out.
There is a Gentlemens club around the corner and this lead to late night loudness that went from 10:30pm - 02:30am each night (I stayed a Monday and Tuesday night). There was also the boy racers doing their circuits during the night.
There is wifi, but mobile data will work better.
Traveller tip - don’t stay here. If you really have no choice but to stay here - do not bring children. Bring plenty of ear plugs perhaps consider ear plugs AND noise cancelling headphones. Get plenty of sleep before you stay here, because it’s not likely you will get any sleep.response / report this review -

Just stayed there last night and it was bloody disgusting. It smelt terrible, there was dirt everywhere, the bathroom door had what looked like snot on it and yes semen stains all over the bedding. Management weren't available to talk to us. Surprise surprise. We will be contacting them immediately.

Have stayed here two times..the place is quite dirty..thereven is big stains on the carpets and the room Smelt a little weird. Also the cleaning staff entered our apartment 30 minutes before check out time without knocking. Defintly some major improvements needed..many other places in the CBD where you can pay the same rate and have a clean room.

Absolutely terrible! Our room had a bedroom with a door that did not close and water also leaked from the bathroom into the bedroom. There were handprints on the walls, very dirty and something above the bed that looked like semen on the wall. My friend complained to reception and they said the manager would get back but never did. Not value for money whatsoever! Also the building smells!

Highly dissapointing experience. Rooms were filthy and we changed rooms 3 times before one was actually decent enough to sleep in. These apartments have individual owners and the quality of the rooms can vary. Two towers. Tower two has a mix of rental apartments and serviced apartments. One smelt like dog pee. Second one had makeup stains and holes on the walls. Third one was in the same tower as the reception, was far better but lift area, to apartment smelt like a sewer pipe. In the morning it was a mix of air freshener and sewage. I would strongly recommend people do not stay there. At the time of our stay, we also had another guest complaining about the dirty and poor hygiene standards and they were therefor a hospitality conference. Very poor quality in central Auckland.
