I went here for a conference. The food was great and the space was nice. Convenient to the takapuna shops and beach. Not the most flash hotel but definitely ticks all the boxes.

The place was nice and clean. Staff were kind and helpful. Had to pay an additional $20 per night for parking as there is not free on site parking

Nice to be able to have the lunch prawn pasta at dinner, stunning, it should be added to the dinner menu.
Rump steak was a bit tough, asked for rare but was more on the blue side. Still it was a lovely evening.response / report this review -

The BEST hotel or accomodation in Auckland without a doubt. Fair prices. Excellent service. Stayed here a few times now and as always it's the best. Rooms have all the required facilities . Recommend for families with young children like ourselves.

This place is always great to stay. You know that you are going to get great service and a comfy bed. The place is always clean and well presented. Plus they give you real milk. I think the gym is well stocked for a hotel gym and there is a pool.

Did use to be a realy nice clean hotel but over the last two years has go downhill getting worse and worse lifts smell like urine rooms not cleaned when I complained when we stayed last staff just said we are sorry about that and started to serve the next guest. Won't be staying with them again after that. All round disappointed

Visited a friend that was on business trip. Very good location and spacious rooms overlooking rangitoto. Quiet during the night and very convenient to amenities . 5 minutes walk to the beach
