As per Auckland good quality - good price. Near the hotel you can find beautiful garden with roses. It is 5 min to the sea bay. You can have breakfast here.
Walls are thin, those you can here all what is going in near by rooms.

Situated next to the Beautiful Rose Park with a top view of the park. Friendly staff to help you when you’re jet lagged and needs rest. Quiet place to rest before catching your flight.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. The beds rather too soft and spongy. The only real complaint is the poor wi-fi which was slow and only available for 2 hours a days and a maximum of 200 MB.

Nice location but outdated hotel. Furniture worned out, walls are extremly thin, I could not sleep because of the other guest's noise. Staff could me more helpful.

We visited for a concert at Vector Arena and its a short walk from the Hotel. The place is not bad but needs updating. Room was tidy and clean and the bathroom had been updated although the shower was awkward, shower head was just above my shoulder, if you're tall might be a problem. Road outside is busy and if your a light sleeper could be annoying. Would I visit again, yes and good value for money.
