King suites are very nice. Pool needs some work but usable. Good location with bus access to downtown Auckland. Maid service is great.

Nice and clean friendly staff was ideal for a family of 4 with a room upstairs .Kids enjoyed a swim.

Great location and price. Rooms were much bigger than expected. Initially staff were great, rude awakening however at 6:50am on Sunday when the reception staff decided she'd ring all the rooms and see who had parked in the staff parking spot. Couldn't believe it. Other than that the stay was comfortable - the lack of sleep due to the phone call however left me feeling quite negative.

Location is relatively central because Great South Road can take you to many different highway ramps and runs through many suburbs. Hosts are friendly. Room was supplied appropriately but a little cramped and bathroom had awkward shelf above the sink. Room was comfortable and bedding was warm enough.

I booked a queen bed room and was happily surprised when I walked into my room to find that it was a 3-bed, 2-bath suite with a kitchenette. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Great hotel for the price.
