Very nice place, far exceeded expectations. Very nice, downside was the internet limit so if you're visiting you can't plan a trip via Wi-Fi. Other than that, very courteous staff.

The rooms are nice and cosy just don't open your blinds unless you want to see what's going on in the apartment next to you. Wi-Fi is available on all floors but limited. Not all rooms have access to an elevator!!!!!!! The location is not the best. There are quite a bit of homeless people around the area that steal from tourists. Service was wonderful though. Breakfast buffet was ok.

Great hotel service. Fond (ou) had quality food and coffee. They are more of a proper match to hotel than The Mustard Seed. The FOH was good but food amateur.

Great city hotel, very close to Sky City which means it's almost in the center of the city. Walking distance from large bus station. With small coffee shop and restaurant on premise, the hotel is chic and modern with above average amenities - housekeeping, room heating/ cooling, iron and ironing board, 1$ water bottles etc. 500mb free WiFi per day was a punishment when Quest on Hobson which is few buildings away gives unlimited wifi..

Good place for what you need. Its nice and clean and super close to Sky Tower. Everything in downtown is either at a walking distance or a small drive away.

The Hotel is top located: close to Queen Street, the Viaduct Harbour, shopping and nice restaurants. We stayed in a Studio room with two Queen beds and it's been clean, with a kitchenette. Unfortunatelly the showers are a bit old and the staff forgot to get us some more coffee pouches. But that's to be forgiven.
We enjoyed our stay although it's def more 3* than 4* premium.
(Try and go to the Shakespear Inn for food and drinks - it's a short 5min walk and cool as)

Clean, nice and comfy hotel. Strategic location and very near to Skycity - walking distance 5 minutes. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful too. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk from the Viaduct and some other fun locations. It's easy to find. The room didn't have great seals on the window so the Wild Wellington Winds howled past and snuck cold air into the room. The heater worked well though so it all balanced out.
