Free transport from Airport to hotel. Must inform yellow bus driver. No need to take ticket. Food is good. Extended check out time. Friendly and efficient reception staff

Clean and reasonable size rooms but needs sink in living area and bench space in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put toiletries or hang clothes in bathroom. Also, the hardest bed I've ever slept on. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

It has the convenience of the free Yellow Bus to the hotel and proximity to airport. While the shower head is a bit old, it is fully functional. No complains with the room. Definitely can consider to use again.

I was greated by an intense curry smell in the reception area , room was on the first floor and there was no lift or anyone to assist with baggage , receptionist couldn't have cared less. Room very sad , hot tap hard to turn on and even harder to turn off . Hotel been there for too long needs to be demolished and a nice new one built. My room was also at the front and buses used the entrance as a turning bay . Not a pleasant experience , unlike the hotel I chose for my last night , Heartland five star and amazing .

Ok, it's a bed for the night but had some issues and I am not usually picky.
Price wise suited but is closer to Manukau than Airport , lots of closer hotels to the airport. Serviced by a big bus, which calls at all of the other hotels before this one, so if you are not in a hurry to get to bed - or to get back to the airport, then not a worry. Free trip one way, low cost 2 dollars the other.Does not have own van.
Surcharge 2.5 percent on credit card.
No lift so hump your suitcases up & down the stairs, no good for elderly or disabled.
Upgrade to ground floor room cost 20 dollars extra for what seemed to be same layout of previous choice.
Noisy staff gather in foyer area after work - noise was disruptive to those trying to sleep.
Had to battle to get an extra throw/blanket for 2nd bed in our room, staff were not keen to oblige.
    Restaurant dowdy with overpriced menu

Dirty place from public areas to private bedroom. Building and room in a terrible state. Staff not friendly and professional at all.

Easy check-in, free airport shuttle to hotel was a plus but you have to pay for it from the hotel back to the airport. The room could have been a bit cleaner, there was sticky coffee stains on the table and dirty water glasses in the fridge. Room was spacious though and beds was comfortable.

We came to the restaurant here because it was close to our hotel and we had a flight in the morning. Surprisingly, the meal was really good. The steak was good quality and perfectly cooked; the sizzling chicken was spiced well and tasted great. Well priced drinks too.

The bed was pretty comfortable, that was the only good thing I experienced here. The staff is rude and unhelpful. My dinner experience was as follows-

    Full house, 1 waitress.
Waitress was slow and didn't seem to care, people kept coming up to the bar looking for help.

Didn't get water until after I had my food.

Ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes. It' was TERRIBLE. Extremely mediocre all around- veggies, potatoes, steak, even the gravy.

Meal was $25 dollars and overpriced.

    10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Let's just make a list of all the reasons this place gets a 1 star:

    0. Wifi is doled out at 200MB per room, in portions of 200MB. If pressed, you can get 200MB per occupant. Want more data? You got it just pop on down to the front counter and ask for another 200MB. Each 200MB account is accessed by signing into the wifi with unique credentials each time. Most of the time (no matter the device), the access portal won't load.

    1. 116.20 for two beds not bad for a 3 star joint except it wasn't a 3 star hotel

    2. Dirty. Filthy, even. As in, nothing was clean enough to instill confidence in a general grasp of cleanliness. Everything was dingy. Not 100% sure they changed the bedsheets.

    3. Air conditioner didn't work, nor did they seem to care.

    4. There was a hole in the wall covered by masking tape where the fan and light controls in the bathroom used to be.

    5. The bathroom door handle fell off.

    6. Free breakfast was free for a reason. Dairy products where not chilled and were open to the air. I'd expect to see that in India, but not in NZ. The dishes were mostly dirty. We had to sift through about 6 dishes to find one that didn't *appear* dirty.

    7. Other stuff coming soon.

Convenient to sleep close to the airport and they keep the car for free.
Definitely not the best hotel in town but convenient at best.

Room was decent, air conditioning nice and cold. Had no light bulbs in bathroom, but once front desk was informed, problem was fixed immediately. TV selection was basic Freeview nothing more. Wifi, while free, very underwhelming. Ended up using my data because of poor reception. Overall average for the price, would stay here again because of location, but just.

Arrived late on a flight from Sydney on Jan 28th. I was starving but the hotel's restaurant had already closed. The receptionist actually offered to go and buy me food when her shift ended at 10.30.I declined her offer but was really grateful for the gesture. My room was very clean so yes I would highly recommend this hotel.
