Stay 1nite on 25.10.2017 : Very clean n tidy room. Have compliment airport transfer, you need to call the customer care number and ask to pick u up. They will come and pick u up in outside of Gate 11 of Auckland airport.

Easy to find. Spacious, clean, quiet room. Helpful, friendly staff. Very competitive price. Highly recommended for people who don't mind if the cutlery doesn't match the crockery.

Economical clean and well located with a free airport pickup service. A basic range of food is available at the in house restaurant. If you want value for money this is it!. I would stay again.

Great value for money, friendly staff, walk up call @ 3:45am, free shuttle service to airport, excellent service to store our vehicle (first 14 days free, then $5.00 a day). Only criticism I have, the light wasn't working in the shower/bathroom. Will be back again & will recommend to family & friends. Thanks

Free wifi, good quality. Good working tv with New Zealand channels (Tv can connect to internet but need a ethernet cable, note that the tv is not wireless.). Need the wifi password? Once u get inside, they'll have a strip of paper saying the password.

Handy to airport and airport shuttle great - thank you.
Room passable - shower had someone else's used soap in the dish, one bed light missing a bulb, the bed light above the single bed did not work, only opening window had only 1 catch and the secure stay was broken. Curtains looked and felt dirty, no air con just a pedestal fan. Carpet had several dirty stains.whole decor badly needs updating. Returned to unit on 2nd day to find beds had simply been pulled together (wrinkles not smoothed out at all). Asked to have some of the anomalies rectified but never happened. Breakfast adequate, but had to ask for more plates, more cups, more glasses and my cereal spoon was a soup spoon. Window in breakfast room broken and patched with cardboard/board. When we first arrived there were no towels in the large bedroom, no shampoo or soap in the bathroom (except for said used soap in shower) despite the office checking to ensure room was ready. Booked for Adele concert and choice was limited, but would not book again unless new owners.

Checked out today (26/03/2017). Beds were acceptable. One good thing about our unit. The lawns and gardens need extra care. (Lawns mowed, gardens weeded.) Furnishing need up-dating, one of the dining chairs had a wobble, kitchen fridge was icing up and felt very warm to touch. No air-con for upstairs or down stairs. Couldn't open downstairs window, ranch slider had hook latch for extra security!!! Shower had no soap or shampoo holder, mould was on the ceiling of shower bathroom area. And on our last day of departure we spotted a bloody cockroach crawl under the fridge. If we had the chance to book into another Motel we would of after our first night, but with the Adele concert on this weekend accommodation was limited. Not a comfortable stay.

This property is quite dated but very handy to the airport and with free courtesy pick-up and drop offs very convenient. The beds were comfortable and the linen very good quality. There are some maintenance issues and repair work needed.
The service was mostly friendly and efficient.

Not good for the price, room smelt damp and very outdated, shower drain was blocked, very few TV channels, ripped bed covering and curtains. Looks like the cleaner's did the best they could with the state of the rooms. OK if you come in late and leave early. Nice tea bags.
