Very impressed with the place, great for the train station (less than 1m to Amsterdam central) and the breakfast (buffet) had a huge and fresh selection. They even managed to get the baked beans right!!

I stay at this hotel regularly and the staff is friendly and quick to help. The rooms are clean and quiet and breakfast offers lots of choices, although it can be a bit busy during peak hours. There's also a small gym, which has everything I need (mainly one of the running treadmills) - is a bit sparse if you're into weight training.

We are attending a full week conference, at and around the Mövenpick Hotel. The venue is great, staff is friendly and helpful. For the meeting rooms; the air is fresh and the WiFi good and stable. With the various sized rooms, we can easily find something that fits our needs. The food served for the breaks is also very good.

Gorgeous hotel! Great staff. The location is not the best as it is about a 15 minute walk to the city center so a bit out of the way and there is no easy way to get from the hotel entrance to the upper sidewalk.

We just got back from our Euro trip and thankfully only have amazing things to say about the hotels we stayed in.

We really loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, and hotel is a short walk or tram ride to the city centre.

We loved the daily chocolate bar as well! We would definitely visit this hotel again

Our room is clean, and comfortable. The service is marginal. I would not stay here again.

Location good for our river cruise. Rooms good, but service not so good, towels not changed until late in the afternoon and no top up of toiletries either.

Location is good, it's not a 5min walk to center it's a good 20min walk, but there is a tram outside that runs every 5mins that takes you to the center. It is right next to wear massive ships more when stopping off so you get some noise and the train line the other side. Overall I would visit again room was well presented, tidy and clean staff very helpful

This is one of the amazing hotels with a very great vie from your window. Try to take room facing towards the river. You can enjoy the scenic view and also sometime can see some gigantic ships though your window

Great place to stay whilst in Amsterdam. Slightly off the hustle and bustle of the main centre but only a 10 minute walk. Nice views of either the city or the river and nice clean modern facilities with all the mod cons you would expect from a city 4 star hotel. Good standard of hotel compared to most in Amsterdam.

Let me start off by saying that I could not imagine staying at any other hotel after spending some time here. Everything was perfect. Starting with the lovely Dutch employee who was really friendly and welcoming at check-in and ending with the free shuttle service to Amsterdam Centraal (although it isn't too far away anyways). Our room was very cozy, clean and new. Really enjoyed the multi-functional TV. The view out the window was spectacular, even though we stayed at the 9th floor (out of 20!). Every member of staff was exceptionally nice. A wide selection of food at breakfast and everything we tried was good. We had to get up really early one morning and we were let in earlier than opening time, which was splendid. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam. I think I'm going to have dreams about this hotel at night.

Staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean and spacious. We booked the executive suite. The room was on the 19th floor and had very good views of the city. We had the mini bar included, though the only alcohol available was beer - would of been nice if wine or a spirit or two was included as well. We also had access to the executive lounge which offered free beer and wine as well as snacks between 17:00-19:00 daily. The wine was actually very nice as was the snacks. All in all it felt very good value, and would definitely book again and recommend to a friend.

Really enjoyed my stay. Food in the restaurant was superb, great vegetarian and vegan options, multiple choices even for breakfast.
Room service is different. The two vegetarian options were tomato soup and vegetarian pizza, I asked if the pizza could come without cheese and they told me it can't. I had a good laugh as this means it is a frozen pizza. But this is not taking from the level of recommendation just go down to the restaurant, don't order to the room.

Excellent experience. This was the only available hotel available on short notice for new years eve, so we paid a steep price. We arrived around 8am, with 3pm check-in time yet they were able to have a room ready for us in 30 minutes!

The lobby and rooms are beautiful, the bar as well. The hotel is on the edge of the inner city but a very short and easy walk to everything. The train station is minutes down the sidewalk as well.

The concierge offered great advice and was attentive. No real complaints!
