Pleasent staff! The rooms are ok a little run down. The bed is very comfy!
Do not waste your money on the breakfast it is not worth it! Not much selection and what there is was dry!

Cleaned room, nice bathroom, very good and polite staff, but my room it has been very noisy due to heating system. :(

I really liked the location of the Hotel. It was neat and clean everywhere. The staff was very kind and spoke English. The room I stayed in was very noisy though and the breakfast wasn't really that impressive. 4 stars 👍

Great base to stay nice and clean. Staff are really friendly. Bike hire is definitely a bonus

Close to major tram lines and right next to a great park. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were small but nice. They rent bikes for 16 euros a day.

It's in a nicely located just outside of the main city center. There are plenty of restaurants within a a few minites. There is also a beautiful park and nice flea market within five minutes.

Lovely staff and really helpful! I enjoyed my stay, the rooms were very clean the view was lovely.
It's in a nice location with plenty of shops/restaurants near by and it has excellent transport links. Tram/bus stop directly opposite hotel and nearest train station is only a 5 minute walk.

Room is nice, overlooking the Oosterpark with a kettle and tea/coffee provided. Service was pleasant enough, but not special. Overall pretty good place to stay as a tourist!

In a city full of amazing buildings, this looks like concrete bunker. Yet, the rooms were pleasant with a great view of the Tropen Museum. And the lounge below (overlooking the park) is extremely peaceful.

I don't know why but I got a great sense of peace here.

The hotel is a good refuge from the main city which is besieged with tourists. There are some nice restaurants across and a lovely little park to walk through. If you get through the park, there's some outstanding coffee along the way.

I was super-skeptical when the taxi showed up at this hotel. I thought I had the wrong place. Sometimes looks can be deceiving.

I'd go back.
