Great location situated opposite the Zoo, with nearby tram stops, it’s easy to get in and out of town.
Great breakfast, comfortable clean beds, but the en suite bathrooms are ridiculously small.
    Would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel with reasonable prices. But always busy. Need to book well in advance.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and a park right next door. Coffee shops fairly close by.

Tiny room but good ensuite shower room. The small double room is actually twin beds pushed together which keep siding apart, and we were provided with single duvets not quite the romantic setting we were looking for.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The Artis Zoo and micropia are right across the road plus there are some close corner shops and cafes on the same road less than 2 minutes away! The actual hotel is nice and the room sizes are standard but enough for 2 people! The beds are so unbelievably comfy! And the shower is really nice too! Theres a small park next door to this hotel and a bigger one 5 minutes away. The local transport is right outside the hotel but it's quite easy to get into the city centre through an €5 uber too if you want to get there more direct. Overall this is a very pretty and quiet area which is perfect if you want a taste of both sides of what Amsterdam has to offer.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. There is a light rail station 1 block away that provides easy access to all of the downtown attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions.

Visited March2017. Rooms, closet & bathroom small & compact but very clean, simple but nice design. Staff very helpful & hotel very accommodating. Rooms have usual features Inc hair dryer, fan, kettle, tv(5 English channels), free to use safe but no fridge. Rooms made everyday with complimentary chocolates. Good location, v.close to centre with 9&14 trams servicing. Breakfast 7-10:30, simple usual stuff, taste ok but not amazing, staff again great. Would recommend but everything compact. City centre has several restaurants & local supermarket all over (Albert heign) few halal places around javaplein & surrounding area.

Since the renovation really good. Rooms are sometimes a bit cold during winter. Breakfast is quite nice and there is free coffee in the lobby. Try to avoid the rooms in the basement
