rooms are noisy; you hear other guests wrestling. One time issue was that my toilet was not cleaned. But furthermore, very neat and nice hotel. Breakfast is fine, friendly staff in the restaurant and bar.

The hotel itself was very nice with tall ceilings, clean hallways, and nice reception staff. The room was also clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job of cleaning it every day. The room also had good amenities and left nothing to be expected. It was a great stay, would definitely stay again.
It's also close to the tram stop and has bikes available if you want. The restaurant and bar here are also very nice.

Great hotel! Very central, very handy for the tram & only 12 mins into Amsterdam centre. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. 10/10!

Our room was very nice. The food in the restaurant was very good. The tram runs in front of the hotel with a short ride to downtown available. One and two day passes can be purchased. You can walk to downtown in about 45 minutes of gentle walking.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! Rooms were immaculate. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept in and the black out curtains were so good that we slept in both mornings we stayed and I've not done that in years!! The breakfast was also delicious and couldn't recommend it any more highly! Staff were very helpful too

I spent 7 nights here comfortable room .. good services.. and easy check in and out. However, Not much facilities are available in the hotel.

Excellent Staff. Rooms are clean and nice. ram stop is infront of the Hotel so you move into the city easily.

The rooms are quite small but great if you stay with your couple.

Parking had an extra cost of (25 euros per day) if you bring yuor car

A lovely hotel that is slightly out of the city centre, but with a tram stop immediately outside this is hardly a problem. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful, answering all of our questions with ease. Decor is lovely and the beds were very comfortable, although rooms at the front do hear some of the noise from the busyish road outside. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and would happily stay hear again in an instant.

This hotel is fabulous, check in/out very easy, staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel itself is very clean, very comfy beds, bathroom is clean with a great shower, bring your own toiletries and a kettle is provided. It was my birthday and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and I had balloons and a personal message with a voucher for free drinks. Hotel is easy to get to from Central station No 9. There are cafes and coffee shops nearby. Will stay here again on my next visit.

Our room had a window that would not shut. It was freezing and noisy. I wanted room service, but after a certain hr only 4 items to choose. I ordered a pizza. Half HR later they called the room " that since it is Fri they were out every thing and I could come down to the desk and order take out from places they use" I got dressed the guy showed me a menu. I ordered a small pizza. Sorry he says has to be a large only. I politely said no thank you, this is rediculous. The guy at the desk seemed he had better things to do as he retorted good. I picked this hotel because it was Eco friendly, didn't realize how sparce amenities would be.

Very clean and spacious hotel. We stayed for a week and loved it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would come here again and highly recommend.
