Superbly located just minutes from the centre of Amsterdam. Excellent attentive staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel bar is beautiful with an extensive range of drinks to suit everyone. Lovely snack menu available also.
This was our second stay here, we will be back!

Hotel is good. I'm staying on the 7th floor with the view to the back of the hotel. Room is good sized for two. I'm not having breakfast at the hotel, so can't say anything about it. Staff are very friendly. I think it's a bit far from centre as it takes a good 20 minutes walking to anywhere touristic. Overall good.

Excellent hotel and very helpful staff. My only complaint is about a few things in the disabled room. There should be fold down grab rails either side of the shower stool. The room safe needs to be raised so that a seated person can operate it. The bed head should be of railings that can be grabbed to pull yourself up OR a folding bar is needed on the side of the bed. Folded down when not needed folded up when needed to pull yourself up. This is really for people who have had their legs amputated. Without the weight of the legs they find it VERY difficult to sit up in bed so need something to pull on. An alarm cod should be by the bed in case of a fall getting in or out of bed.

Stayed here 5 nights near end of August. Got a room over the canal and it was very quiet. Great Location! 15 mins walk to the center area, Red Light District and away from all the noise at night so we can get a good night sleep. Safe neighborhood to walk at night. There is a supermarket right around corner, which is very convenient! Room is very clean and neighbors are quiet.

The only thing that kept me from giving a 10/10 is the house keeping lady slammed doors too heavy when she was going through all rooms starting around 9AM every morning. We can hear her slamming doors when exiting those rooms and that woke us up. The lady who checked us in upon arrival cut us off when we were talking and it'd be nice if she can wait for customers to finish before saying anything. It was rude too.

Good hotel with all the basic requirements. We think that the breakfast is on the high side given what is on offer. We also opted to have dinner at the restaurant on one night which left much to be desired. Many items on the menu were not available and the ones which were were not very satisfactory.

Otherwise accommodation was good, nothing too fancy, but just enough for a good sleep. Most of all very clean. Also would have expected to have extra towels for the child since we had a cot bed ordered.

We had a great time at the Ibis hotel, the location is quiet but close to everything, the staff was friendly and very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the room was great. The only thing that we did not like is that the bathroom had a strange smell and the shampoo was almost empty, but other than that, everything was amazing.

Stayed twice in a month. First time in a room that faced a courtyard. The second time I was upgraded to a canal room. The rooms are not spacious but comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for travellers.

It was great - easy to check in, great recommendations from staff on sites to see, and friendly staff. Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the Canals. My only complaints are that it was semi far from public transport and overall the building and bathrooms were warm (we were so sweaty). Thanks for making us feel welcome during our overseas experience!

I like the hotel, the deco was modern, the staff was very efficient and it has a nice restaurant with very reasonable prices.
The first day I was feeling cold in the room, because it is an eco friendly hotel, the heating goes accordingly with the weather outside. Nonetheless they solved the problem by bringing to the room a portable heater.
Very clean hotel and very easy to check in and check out.
    Very good location.

Good location, about 15 minutes from the city center. We stayed in one of the ground floor rooms, which has an awesome view to the Canal.

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunate about the adjacent construction work but realise that is beyond your control. Would stop here again.

Nice rooms. Good service, has a decent bar and outdoor area inside hotel for smoking. Not a far walk from anything and there is a bicycle rental 2 minutes away.

Good location and Great for short break
Stayed at the IBIS Stopera for a 2 night stay before the Christmas week. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. it's 20 minutes’ walk from the central train station towards Nemo museum. The reception area & lobby were nice and modern. We arrived to hotel 2 hours early to check in time and hotel offered the early check in with extra charge (10 Euros per hour ). Staff is very helpful and speck good English. Breakfast was not with too many choices but fine. Location is very good, close to most of the attractions and most of places are within walking distance.
The rooms were standard ibis rooms clean, modern and had all the basic needs of a room (toiletries, towels, hair dryer, TV, etc.).
I would recommend this hotel for short breaks that you are not planning to relax and spend more time in your room.
