It was a lovely room with everything you need in it. The hotel had a love bar where I tried the cocktails. I could of spent all my time there. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely be staying there again

Very good place to stay. The location is the best, in front of Amsterdam Centraal Station. All in your hands. The rooms are very pretty and right, the service is very kind and I love the bar, is a very place to take a drink

A superb hotel with very friendly, helpful staff at all levels making my wife and I feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, a staff member even helped me to acquire an item I had been searching for to no avail in the city shops. All done with a cheerful smile. Our room was clean and comfortable, dining room experience faultless too. The hotel location was good and convenient for access to most places of interest. We'd certainly stay again.

The Park Plaza Victoria is located across the canal from the train station, and several buses stop in front of its doors, making most of Amsterdam convenient for a visitor. The concierge is very knowledge. The restaurant in the hotel serves a delicious breakfast. If staying in Amsterdam again I would probably not bother shopping around for another hotel and would book here again.

This hotel is high end, everyone is polite and so accommodating. The people of Amsterdam are so giving; I can't believe how good and welcoming they are. Nothing to say but, Wow Amsterdam; I love you. Hope to return soon.

Love the location , it is just opposite of Amsterdam central , and beside there are lots of restaurants and shops , and attractions . Information guy is so friendly , helped me a lot . Can buy ticket from there and can have the nice experience of bus and boat sightseeing . Specially the boat is amazing.

Beautiful room overseeing Amsterdam Central station. Amazing, friendly and very helpful reception. We've only stayed for 1 night and it has been a wonderful experience :)

Nothing specialnot worth the price, a bit dated and old. Nothing seemed to impress but it did the job, stayed only one night. Stars awarded for the good location but have been to much nicer airbnbs and hotels for a third the price (and a longer trip).

Picked this hotel due to the location and reviews. How disappointed I was Arrived to building work taking place in the lobby, had to step over building equipment and bits of wood to get to the lift. Could hear the work taking place from 7:30am every morning and through out the day!
The only lift available in the hotel stopped working and I had no way of getting down to reception due the stairs being blocked off for the building work.
On the last day we was woke up at 7:30 by building works and went down to complained at the desk, the lady explained that all rooms are located away from the noise and that building work doesn't start till 9am, which was a lie as she could hardly hear us complaint at the desk due to the drilling taking place at 8am! She soon realised she was wrong as we showed her the time!
I think it's really disrespectful that a hotel would take your booking and money and not be honest that there are going to be major building works taking place through our your stay. I will not be staying here again.

Staff is very professional. My room was not ready upon arrival, and they apologized and provided free breakfast next morning and drinks at the bar while I waited for the room to be cleaned.

Room was a cool 2 floor set up. Never seen a hotel room like that. Rooms are a little old fashioned and cramped however. But no other complains. Breakfast was amazing, lot of variety.

The staff are incredible, friendly and accommodating. Staying on the modern side, the room is clean and efficient with a great view of the train station. The bed is very comfortable. No hotel seems to be as conveniently located as the Park Plaza Victoria for incoming tourists and for Amsterdam sightseeing. We are so glad to have booked here.
