After enjoying a top design in our room there was more. It topped up my expectations. Healthy and perfect breakfast!

Very good location. The breakfast spread was better than I expected. The hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Very pleasant stay altogether.

I had a really nice room, quiet and comfortable. I was told by colleagues that rooms on the front side are more noisy. Great breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and speaks English routinely - it looked as if most visitors are travellers from Asia. Relatively expensive, but well situated.

Helpful, friendly staff. Very comfortable beds & lovely rooms.
Only a short walk from Centraal Station. Come out of station, look straight ahead & you can see the hotel.
Very close to amenities too.

The place was nice enough and the staff are great but it wasn't as mindnlowing as we had hoped. Our junior suite was huge, but our bed overlooked a busy street and that combined with the single pane windows meant we didn't sleep to well. I would have preferred the seating area in that spot so you could sit and enjoy the view, and still have a quiet night.
One of our bathrobes had what looked like a bloodstain on it, and although it was replaced it was still pretty nasty. There were some other minor details such as chipped cups in our room which I wouldn't mind in a cheap hotel but in a place like this I was expecting to be blown away with the quality.
Pros:
- our room was spacious with a seating area and the bathroom was luxurious.
- The bed was huge, although too hard for myself some people would love it.
- We arrived to a bottle of fizz and a card for our honeymoon which was so lovely and really appreciated.
-Nice view from one end.
-We had room service one night and the risotto was superb.
Overall this hotel was nice and I think some people would have a great experience, and I'm glad we stayed here for our honeymoon. There are areas that can be improved hence the rating but I didn't hate it.response / report this review -

Amazing location! 5 min walking distance from Centraal Station and in the heart of Amsterdam. Really enjoyed this very clean and well designed hotel. Service is professional and willing to help.

Think he location was perfect, ilana at the reception was excellent. Very welcoming, helpful and great recommended room. The service in the hotel was excellent. Very nice and tranquil.

Love coming here. Nice hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and spacious and it looks like parts have recently been renovated.

Fantastic and central location. Not far from alleyways of restaurants and the main train station. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. All the staff is multilingual so if you're having trouble with a language barrier, they can definitely help you out.

Great location opposite the central station. All of Amsterdam is accessible by foot from here. The best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Some rooms are small. Super helpful staff.response / report this review -

The hotels slap bang in the middle of Amsterdam grand central station meaning it's close to everything. The rooms are amazing and clean beds are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious !!

A bit of a gem: central location, friendly staff, nice, clean rooms. Surprisingly good breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, meats, eggs and more. Free WiFi. Two minutes from Central Station.

Very central and close to the main real station. A very smart and welcoming hotel with great service. The rooms are decorated in modern taste, are spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. Staff were helpful and attentive and the breakfast was yummy delicious

We stayed in the hotel for new year's Eve, so was just for one night but I can say it was a great experience. Staff are friendly and helpful, the bar is cosy and they have a nice variety of drinks. The rooms are really modern and nicely finished. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

For someone wanting to enjoy the culture and history of Amsterdam, this hotel is a bad choice. It's at the edge of a rowdy, noisy bar district and adjacent to the city's transportation hub with trains, buses trains and vehicular traffic at all hours. The hotel's answer to this is disposable earplugs on each nightstand.
Also, the hotel's state of maintenance and cleanliness leave much to be desired. The furnishings are merely adequate. The ratings as 'Deluxe First Class' are grossly overstated. It's not a fleabag, but fleabag lives next door.
