A very handy hotel as it's located 3 minutes from Amsterdam Central train station. Friendly staff, big breakfasts and a train theme running though everything. Highly recommended.

Very nice place in Amsterdam to stay and eat your breakfast, we really liked the breakfast and the comfortable beds.

From the hotel is everything easy reachable in Amsterdam by walking. 5 stars and i really would recommend it and even more if you like trains!

Ideally situated across the central station. We had a quiet room towards the inner courtyard. The hotel feels a bit old but the bathroom was renovated.

It's very near the central train /bus / tram station. Good location. Small rooms , but the same small sized beds offered in most places in Europe. Two twins next to each other that equal one queen. No air conditioning , just a fan , no fan in the bathroom. Free breakfast in the morning that did not offer many options. The staff were extremely helpful , very polite . That's the best part of this hotel. Not a bad place, just average but the staff certainly was the highlight .

I love this hotel. Stayed here 10 years ago and it was great. Came back and the owner remembered me. Has that ever happened to a one night guest at the Hilton? I don't think so. Service is amazing, the breakfast is good, rooms are clean and efficient. A plus.

Right across the street from Amsterdam Central Station. Smack dab in the middle of where you want to be. The sightseeing bus picks up about 100 meters from the door. The rooms were nice, albeit small, but it's not like you'll be spending any time there. Free breakfast was good and enough to get your day started. Overall I'd definitely recommend it. I'll surely be staying there the next time I have to pop into Amsterdam on the train.

Cute little hotel. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is decent and the rooms are clean if a bit tiny, but then again so are most hotel rooms in Europe.

AVOID!!
The most rude sttafs ever experienced!
Was treat worse than a horse for the recepcionist that woke am up on the mist rude way. She should work on a stable. Talk with some other staff that didn't care much anyways about her bad attitudes. As a third time I was there, they didn't care. So would never ever comeback again.

The hotel is very cool and stylish. The train theme really works in its favour. Our room and bathroom were well decorated and spacious enough to make us very comfortable. They didn't have a hot breakfast but they did have sliced meat and cheese, as well as bread and cereal.

Great service, small room, 2 single beds pushed together, very hot room, but they had a desk fan in the closet, so that helped. Internet is very good, a lot of TV options in all different languages. They have laundry service and an ice machine as well as a coffee and tea machine. Overall, pretty good so far.
