  I would have rated this place higher except for one thingnouse. i am a light sleeper. It's close to the A12 motorway with it's incessant noisy traffic but on top of this i found out that the extractor fan can't be turned off according to the staff. So if you sleep well regardless it's an average 3 star joint.

  Book only if you are driving as the hotel is on motorway. Value for money. Very clean
