I was back after a period of a few months I was not in Rotterdam and it was like coming back home. All the people who works there recalled my name and expressed to be happy to see me again. This warmth you do not meet in all Hotels. I am a frequent traveler and stay or repeat the same hotels many times but this "Novotel" staff is personalized to their clients and that makes you feel familiar and most important of all very well come and at home.

We stayed in Novotel Brainpark for 6 days in September 2017. It is just 5 minutes walk to RSM Erasmus University. We would rate the hotel very high on cleanliness. Higher floors present a good view of Erasmus University and surrounding areas. The hotel staff, particularly at the reception, on all days, without exception, was very warm, welcoming and helpful. We had just one meal (dinner) at the restaurant. The food was quite good and service was excellent. Check in and check out @speed of light. Overall, a very good experience.

Nice view. good bed an very friendly personnel. Only the bath room did not smell very nice. But because could close the door between the bedroom and the bath room, this did not bother us too much.

I stayed in room 310, I had to complain to reception that the room had a foul smell. When I came down for dinner reception said they would attend to this but when I returned to the room the smell was still present.
This gradually became during the night but no one attended to this.

Our overall experience was excellent right from the moment we arrived at reception. We were warmly welcomed and were advised on the sights in the city and recommended routes for our cycling plans. We had been given a free upgrade which was pleasant although the mini-bar wasn't fully replenished for the second night's stay. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent also and the food was very good. The hotel itself was well situated. We would recommend this hotel.

I have been using this Hotel for several years now, every time I am in the Rotterdam area. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make me feel welcome. The restaurant & bar are both good and the breakfast buffet is superb. If you are in a hurry you can get an express breakfast, which is also very good.
The rooms are spacious and well kept.
The Hotel is environmentally conscious and you can re-use towels or even chose to not have your room cleaned each time. The latter even provides you with a small credit to be used in the bar or restaurant.

Services such as dry-cleaning are provided and not too expensive.

Printing your boarding card before your flight, no problem and free of charge.

Truly recommend this hotel to anybody who does´t have the need to be in the center of town with their accommodation.

Very pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the free parking and free water at the reception. Breakfast was good except that there was no "real" hot chocolate (only powder to use with warm water, no milk). Service was friendly and efficient. Good value for money in the weekend (this is primarily a business hotel so rates go down on weekends). Only 10 min walk from the metro station Kralingse Zoom, with a direct connection to the Rotterdam Blaak train station.

For its likely users - visitors of RSM and Erasmus University related business - a decent, modern, good-enough place. Premium rooms on top floor have inspiring views. Not that cleanliness overall is medium to weak, somewhat unfortunately.

Good hotel outside the center of Rotterdam, spacious room, good bed, clean bathroom with shower. TV, internet and telephone available.
Breakfast is very complete, furniture in dining room and bar needs update.
Fitness center on top level provides great panoramic view.
Big parking lot available for free to customers.
Quick and friendly service by staff.
