Decent hotel if you're looking for a place near the airport. You can get to the hotel with their shuttle or a taxi which costs £20. The staff aren't very friendly though and there's always a long wait for check-in. The only great thing about this hotel is the smoking rooms that they offer which is very convenient since it's winter and cold outside. The room service food is average but not great and there's a very small selection of food. There's certainly some room for improvements and rooms really need to be renovated. If you decide to order food from outside and have it delivered to your room they get very upset which is rather odd. Not quite sure why they do that except for I assume to have you use their room service instead of paying for outside food. Overall, it deserves a rating of 3/5.

Located closed to the airport, with free bus shuttle airport-hotel. The hotel is correct, clean, rooms with king size beds. It has a small food and drinks shop open 24 hours, which is great if you arrive hotel later than 10pm. Good breakfast. A bit overpriced taking in account that there is nothing around (no services nor shopping nor restaurants) and it is far away from Amsterdam city.

Shuttle was 15 min late. Check-in took forever, even though room was prepaid. No water or glasses in the lobby where the water carafe was located. Hallway carpets disgusting with stains. Hallway ceiling tiles water stained. Long long long walk to room. Beat up/worn out furniture in room 4310. I hate to think what the non-deluxe room looks like. Room air conditioner started giving loud death rattles every 15-30 min starting at about 5am. First and last time at this hotel.

Polite and friendly staff at the check-in desk all the way to the shuttle service. Decor in room is showing its age but still in good shape. Comfy beds and good facilities. All I needed for my business trip away. Only negative was my iron was missing!

Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I booked a basic room, and was very impressed. It was huge and clean, except for hair in the shower.
They do not provide hair conditioner :(
Take note, you have to firmly push the door to shut and lock it all the way. And there are no secondary safety locks.
Rooms are pretty quiet.
€50 Deposit on arrival, plus the obvious nightly room tax on check out.
The health club facilities are nice to enjoy, they have a full gym, pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room. However when I went in they were also pretty gross and unclean. Especially the steam room, dirty floors and seats covered in grime. Looks like it hasn't been scrubbed in quite some time, maybe because they are renovated. Needs updating.
I picked this hotel because of the complementary airport shuttle, make sure you book it at check in.
No comments on the food. 24/7 McDonald's is right across the street.response / report this review -

Great overnight stay before flying out of Amsterdam. Great price, great room, great breakfast. Free transfer to the airport.
HINT: offers parking for the length of 21 days absence. So stay overnight a day ahead of your vacation, have breakfast. Leave your car in their lot - use the airport transfer bus to and from the airport (10min.) - pick up your car and drive home.response / report this review -

The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a free, 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport so it's easy to travel anywhere. You can barely hear the planes flying past, even though it's right next to the station. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so they gave a free upgrade! Hotel is very clean and has everything you need, though the rooms could use more natural light.

Nothing much around except nice McDonald's restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable with occasional jet passing bay over head. Gym is really great. Recommended.

Room was clean, staff was very nice. We got to check into our room early after paying a €10 upgrade, which was great as we got in early and were ready to go to sleep.

Great rooms, dinner and service. I always stay here whenever on business trips in A'dam and surrounding areas. The gym could use with a little more equipment and updated running machines. But that's just a minor point.
