Very nice hotel with waterfront view. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Nice interiors, beautiful location but not very good service they are slow they refused to gave me " an adapter " until I went to the reception lady I brought my charger and tell her: " Please I need an adapter" she revealed a box full of adapters 60+ and gave me one 🙂🙂🙂 what the hell!!! Though their spa is amazing you must have a massage there 💆

The staff is very kind.
And since I was not satisfied with my room, the hotel gave me a good offer for the next time to stay in the hotel.
You can have a good breakfast at this hotel.
You can see, the hotel is located in the heart of Rotterdam. Everything is near you in this hotel.response / report this review -

I stayed at the Rotterdam Inntelhotel for just one night. Everything was nice and the view from the hotel room was marvelous. We had no breakfast so I can not really say something about it but the restaurant looked quied appealing.

This was not the intelligence I was looking for.
The hotel felt quite "heavy" loaded with a whole bunch of hollow nothingness and anomalies.
Sometimes it just captures your eye.

Location! Near anything you would need or a brisk walk away. The rooms are smaller than they appear online, but for my stay it was all I needed. Traveling from the US without international data I was dependent on the wifi, unfortunately the wifi was not good enough. While face timing my family we OFTEN!!! got disconnected. Quite frustrating. However, the staff, modern style, location, and spa/pool area would be enough for me to stay again.

Such a nice hotel. You can relax in the beautiful rooms or go upstairs to their pool "spa" for a quick dip. The rooms were clean and the help was nice. My husband and I were there for a couple days and only left the hotel once. It's right in the middle of everything.

It's a decent place nice location. The amenities are adequate and the staff is friendly. The thing that I really didn't like was that the curtains don't block the sun and that's quite annoying when you enjoy the nightlife. Fine for most people!

Nice hotel situated in a beautiful location. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, some with a beautiful view onto the river. Nice and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel centrally located. Convenient water taxi stop nearby, good sauna and swimming pool. Excellent breakfast.
