Very nice and clean hotel, but not especially conveniently located - too far from the airport, too far from Central.

Room was comfortable enough and quite spacious but the bed was too hard and the room was not clean enough for my taste. Food was OK but service in the restaurant was very slow. They try to present it as a posh hotel but it's really nondescript. OK if you need to stay in the Schiphol-Rijk area but definitely not if you are looking to visit the city centre.

Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice and attentive. I missed the airport shuttle by seconds. As I turned around to go back into the hotel I was met by two staff members who offered to drive me to the airport. Above and beyond in my opinion.

Large and well equipped rooms, but a bit dated. Clean and quiet. Decent restaurant. A 10 min walk to a nice Dutch village with multitude of shops and restaurants.

Shuttle from the airport is at about 40 to 60 minutes interval. Takes 20+ minutes to reach by shuttle as this hotel is the last stop. If you've just missed a shuttle it'll take you over an hour to get there. Taxi costs (according to a colleague) about €30-35, which is ridiculous. The nearest shops are 20-25 minutes walking distance. Not a problem in summers but may not be to everyone's liking when the weather is not great or if one is in a rush. Hotel doesn't even provide a shuttle to the mall, to the best of my knowledge. Many shops and eateries don't accept Visa or Master; only a local Dutch card or cash. Room service menu is unappealing. Rooms are decent size and bright.

Even if the hotel is located pretty far outside of Amsterdam, getting to the city is easy. There is a train station 5 minutes away from the hotel. The breakfast is eatable, and the rooms are great.

Decent hotel but not great. Feeling a bit dated. The was an old sock in the corner of our room. Nice beds and nice size room. Good bathroom. Good for the airport.

Very nice hotel, located 5 minute walk from the train station which makes it very simple to move to Amsterdam to visit. Breakfast was very good as well.

Lovely design hotel near AMS with large, modern rooms and club lounge. Easily accessible via free airport shuttle. City center is a train ride away or easy Uber.

Very far from the city and it was very pricy. If you are looking for a airport hotel stay at the Sheraton which is attached to the airport. This airport is 20 min from airport. Staff was helpful helpful though.

Always stay here when travelling on business . Near the airport but far enough away not to have the noise. Never struggle to find parking and a free regular airport transfer for when I don't have the car. Restaurant is really good with the steak being my usual. Finally tried something different and the Chicken Thighs and stir fry was beautiful, with the most perfectly cooked Chicken. The chicken alone was perfect.

Check in staff were nice.. but that's about it. You'd think not much could go wrong when you're staying for just 6 hours! The waiter in the restaurant couldn't crack a smile, there was no bread available for dinner and the taxi we requested for the morning didn't show up. When asking reception for updates on the taxi we got a very grumpy/frosty response and the man didn't actually answer any of the questions we had to ask. Ended up getting the shuttle bus when it arrived. Luckily our flight was delayed otherwise we would have missed it for sure!
Such a shame, the budget hotel we had stayed in in the nights before was an absolute joy, think we'll stick to cheap and cheerful next time.response / report this review
