This is a 3.5-star hotel with 5-star service. The rooms are comfortable and fine. But the staff is outstanding and the breakfast is really nice.

Just got here
Parking was easy. Reception were really helpful. Room fantastic. Beds very nice. Everything provided for and a free shuttle service to the airport. Brilliant so far. Junior suite.response / report this review -

Great Hotel with an excellent service, i had to cancel a booking only for Thursday, and it was no Problem and has been solved for free, even if it was nearly 8pm in the evening at the day of reservation.
Clean Rooms, friendly good service, i would come back.
The only thing was that the spa on weekends only is opened 9:30 till 2pm and this is to short, especially, if you had a long day in Amsterdam by rain ;-) please think about itresponse / report this review -

Pros:
A lot. This is a classy hotel near Schiphol Airport.it has a great breakfast, great room, great bed, TV, fridge, ironing, kettle, workspace with lots of power. The gym would put many gym clubs to shame - it is fully equipped and ultra clean. business centre, fast internet and the staff are excellent - nothing is too much trouble especially for the breakfast team.
It really is first class.
Cons:
Its location is 20 mins around the other side of the airport which is HUGE in the middle of nowhere. That said they provide a regular shuttle to the airport - with live arrival times etc posted around the building and once your back at the airport you can get anywhere super easily by train, bus, taxi or other shuttles if your cheeky. One tip - you need a pass to travel to the airport and 20 people handed them back at checkout on my bus.response / report this review -

This hotel is located very close to the AMS airport (not that close to reach by walk, but will take less than 10 minutes by car). This is a non- smoking hotel. The surroundings are beautiful and quiet.

Excellent hotel. Great staff. This is a nice hotel close to the airport and many multi national business. The hotel itself is more upmarket than many in the local area. The rooms are nice (the suites are excellent!) It has a gym and good bar / restaurant, as well as a free airport shuttle.

They were very accommodating. We were able to leave our bags in a safe place while we waited to check in. The hotel provided quick maps to the city, plus the free shuttles to the airport are great. They were able to get us an after hours shuttle for our early flight. Although we didn't have much time in the room. It was very clean and spacious.

Excellent by the standards of airport hotels - nice bar, very small main restaurant (seperate, large restaurant for breakfast), room was fine, staff were great. Very convenient for the airport (shuttle bus every 20 mins or so), not so convenient for the city. Plenty of conference/meeting space.

Very close to the airport. Its also reasonably close to the city. You can take an airport shuttle which plies every 30 minutes to airport and from there a train to amsterdam for 5.20 euros.
Services are good. Breakfast is very good with a large variety of dishes. Staff are courteous. Smoking incurs heavy penalties though. Beware.response / report this review -

The room was really nice and clean. I really enjoyed staying there. The only downside was, that the sauna was pretty cold and not very nice. There is a bus that takes you to the airport, but you are still pretty far away from the city center. The bus also stops at some point in the evening, so you have to take a taxi back to the hotel.

Good hotel overall. Fast shuttle from and to the airport. T.v. in rooms is very good, with many functionalities. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Modern hotel. But the bed is very uncomfortable, a spring mattress, quite outdated and bad for your back bones and muscles. Spring mattresses are conductors of electricity, and being this hotel very close to an airport, too much electricity and bad vibrations go inside your body because of the spring mattresses. This is a secret that almost no one tell by the way.

The hotel is just minutes from the airport, and is immaculately clean and well appointed. The staff is possibly the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel that I've stayed at anywhere in the world. I was also here all week for a work meeting. If you are planning a meeting, this is a very good option. Meeting spaces have adequate presentation equipment, and the lunch and coffee break catering was excellent. Our meeting attendees were very happy with the accommodations.
