A bit far from the beach areas and restaurants but calm enough to be out of the party area. Nice small pool, no food except for breakfast

Quiet and clean, well-priced and away from the bustle of the city with quick beach and Jesus hike access, free coffee and free shuttles. Would stay again.

It’s a block away from the beach yet the rooms are inexpensive compared to the town. This place is also on your way to the more upscale houses and not very far from the Jesus statue.
The staff and service is top notch and the owners own a number of other establishments and can help out with transportation to the various surf spots.response / report this review -

Prima hotel met goed ontbijt. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is oké. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Spreken geen Engels maar zijn wel behulpzaam.

Excelente hotel para viajeros con bajo presupuesto, limpio, tranquilo, tiene una hermosa pileta, posibilidad de cocinar o pedir algún plato, muy buen desayuno, estacionamiento y guardia permanente. Excelente la atención. Muy económico para todo lo que ofrecen.

Kleines aber feines Pool, die "Basic - Rooms" sind zwar basic, werden aber durch Geräumigkeit und balkonmässige Sitzgelegenheit außen wieder aufgewertet. Echt "saunette" Angestellte/Volunteers - der richtige Ort als Ruhepunkt für den Tourismusstress in diesem sehr touristischen Flecken

Very nice place with decent prices! A nice and clean pool and a beautiful hangout spot. Perfect place to go to san juan del sur but avoiding the total chaos at night with just 15 minutes of walking. A very nice owner too that you can have a laugh with
