A luxurious hillside resort complex that's a very short drive away from the beaches of San Juab del Sur. Their villas are well appointed and have awesome views of the bays, hills and countryside nearby. They also have a large heated pool and lounging area where you can enjoy hours on end sunbathing and relaxing in the waters. Their rooms are very comfortable and spacious and can house an entire family or group very comfortably. Their staff are also quite helpful.

What a wonderful time my son and I had at Villas de Polermo. The villa we rented for the month was lovely and well equipped. The staff in the restaurant, where we ate often because of the good food, were very friendly and looked after us well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This is a wonderful place to stay. Great sunsets,view,and pool. Free shuttle to San Juan Del Sur and to the Pali store for groceries.Our view from Villa 19 is just beautiful.

This place is great to come with friends and/or families. The villas are comfortable, and equipped with all you need. The swimming pool is big. We went swimming at 9pm and the water was nice and warm.

Relaxing place amazing restaurant food equivalent to US prices clean ROOMY 2 story villas with terrific views..away from noise of beach nightclubs and free shuttle to town..pool is nice. .stray cat has to go! Food to good to share!

Picked the All Inclusive option here, glad we did - had a few relaxing days here with good food/drink choices and really helpful and friendly staff (especially Nolan and Josuay)

Amazing villas at excellent price a few minutes from town. You will likely need a car to get here but they have hourly shuttles to town if it works for you. Great views and fully equipped villa (central air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen, tv, wifi included in every villa)

Staff were not very friendly and cleaning staff only emptied the garbage they did not sweep or do any other cleaning for 6 day stay. Grounds keepers and shuttle guys were all very friendly and great. Everything seems to be an extra charge here, charge for water, charge to use the pool, charge for electricity, everywhere else we stayed these were included.

Great place to stay. The villas are big and very nice inside. Very clean!! Very American feel with all the amenities. Had several meals at the restaurant and they were all very good. Great view in the morning having breakfast looking over the pool and ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful view. Decent place for breakfast. The typical Nicaragua breakfast was good. Others had the French toast which was soggy and under cooked. Good coffee.

We have been staying at Villas de Palermo a couple times each year for 10 years and the service and food just keeps getting better. This trip was for 2 weeks and we were very impressed with the jungly, flowering landscaping and well-lit paths. We didn't have a significant power outage during our entire stay either - that is significant progress over the years!!!

Check-in was smooth and competent. Our keys were ready and our welcome drink made the experience even more pleasant! When we entered the villa, it was spotless and all the woodwork was shining. It is amazing that the villas are 10 years old and look better each year with annual repainting and refinishing woodwork inside and out. We walked through our villa and out onto the porch for a breathtaking ocean view with only a couple roof tops visible on the edge of our vision. Flowers blooming everywhere attracted hummingbirds and butterflies - even the flocks of parrots and howling monkeys were around in the early mornings.

We took advantage of the hotel transportation to and from the airport in Managua and it was seemless. The hotel even booked us a hotel near the airport for the morning of our departure with a discounted rate for Villas de Palermo guests. Around town, transportation was free and convenient - including stops at local restaurants and grocery stores.

The maids were friendly and accommodated our schedule. Laundry was returned the same day and our towels and bed sheets were fluffy and new. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, lotion, morning coffee and fresh flowers in our living room.

I really enjoyed meeting people of all ages and nationalities around the pool. Some guests like us return year after year - and others were first time visitors or residents of Nicaragua. Spanish is definately the primary language in Nicaragua, but we found people everywhere that welcomed our highschool spanish conversation.

The restaurant is not to be missed. We loved the live music on Saturday night with the twinkling lights around the pool. Although the resort was completely booked, we had room to enjoy our dinner and watch the people in the pool and around the bar. Wonderful to have so much outdoor seating for every meal.

We will be back!
