Price great very central, and depending what part it could be quite, our friends stayed in the street side of the hotel and they had a louder street noise, ie. Car stereo, for a few hours so get an inside unit ground floor. Walmart is close Applebee's, dairy queen is also in walking distance, great deal for the price , I recommend it!

The service is great! hotel is older very clean with great hot water. Very quiet local area close to Walmart and many good restaurants and amercian chains if you want that.

I stayed here during a visit to Cancun, it's a very good value for money if you are looking to stay in the city center, close to the transport facilities without spending a lot of money. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel has a very nice cafe inside, attended by a couple of ladies, which serves breakfast, although is not included in the stay, it was one of the nicest breakfast we had during our stay in Cancun, with plenty of choices, fruits and coffee.

Wow for 40$ Canadian such a beautiful little hotel, friendly staff. The AC works wonders and the shower pressure is awesome! Thank you Los gracioseros for saving us when our power went out for a good price 😁

Small hotel located within walking distance to almost everything, but far enough away to make it quiet. Rooms were super clean with all the amenities of a basic hotel. Perfect for those who want to stay in Cancun, but not at a resort.
