Can not say enough positive about this place. The resort and staff were wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect scenery and great pool and beach front. The staff went out of their way to make you happy and to enjoy everything about your vacation. Will stay here again in the future. Absolutely wonderful resort!!

I read so many reviews on the Omni and was concerned with a few. We have been to the moon palace and really liked that hotel, but after going to the Omni we were impressed.The staff is amazing. The food at all the restaurants was very good and the breakfast buffet was good. If you can’t find something to like here then there’s a problem.We had no problems with hot water, no problems with anyone asking us about a vacation club, no problem making reservations. We had a really nice room with a beautiful ocean view. The ocean is beautiful and we had no problems getting chairs during spring break week. We plan on going back next year and bring a larger group with us. We also met some great friends that we plan on staying in touch with. The Omni is definitely a four and half star all-inclusive in Cancun.

Love this place! Very clean and kept up well. Overall service is great. The concierge is incredibly helpful. The beds in a double room are a bit small, but overall the rooms are nice clean, and comfortable. The only reason for a 4 star review is the food. It's not outstanding, but overall you can find something you like.

Just arrived home yesterday. Very clean, amazing staff, beautiful beach. If you have a reservation at the 3 restaurants, the food was delicious. The other food was same thing every day/night. Entertainment was to early, not much activity after 10:00 pm. Pool bar and grill was fun. They did the best to keep people involved. Again, ended to early. Over all I would give the resort a 3.5 Rooms are spacious and CLEAN!!! TIP your house keeping person. They work extremely hard. Beds are comfortable .

I would first like to say, that giving this hotel a one star is far beyond what it deserves. In hopes of having an amazing vacation with my fiance, the reality was it was far from amazing! We got home to being covered in bites from head to toe. That's right, scabies! This not only forced the both of us to throw away all of our clothes and shoes and some from our trip, but it forced us to require to be home bound after already being off of work for a week. This put us in quite an uncomfortable situation. To top it all off, when our travel agent contacted the hotel for some sort of compensation the hotel declined and dismissed the whole case. We were so disappointed with how they handled this matter, that we will surely tell everyone to stay away from this hotel. That is unless you too want to bring bugs home!

Somewhat worse for wear. Coffee in room doesn't even taste like coffee it's so stale. Noisy trivia (game show, guess this song, etc) activities at pool can be heard in rooms. Beach is pleasant although best beds are reserved for special members or not included. We had no hot water the first day and a half. Restaurants are not great, ingredient quality is questionable. I think I got a bit sick from the "on the beach" one. Spa is in the basement with no views or windows.

Best experience. Every single person we met was super nice, helpful and very friendly people. All the retaurents were awesome. Some of the servers even remembered us. Specious and very clean room. Great view. Every single penny we spent was worth it. Love love love this place.

We just got back from Omni Cancun — our third annual October visit. This one was absolutely different from the previous 2. They had previously welcomed us (our anniversary trips and they were told this was #53) with swans and rose petals and a bottle of bubbly. This time they moved us into 3 rooms before one was right. The first was not ocean front as was promised. The second had not been cleaned. The third and final had no internet until they finally came and installed an Access Point. And it only worked for 5 of the 7 days. The food was ordinary at best. Kids were loud and undisciplined. We will definitely look at other of the many available options. I feel that Omni owes us something. We paid Omni prices for a Motel 6 experience

Absolutely amazing. In great food and all of their restaurants including their specialty restaurants and beachfront restaurant. it has a private beach with Cabanas. Every night during the Spring and Summer they release baby sea turtles which in itself was an interesting experience. And on top of all the Comforts and ease of home the staff was accommodating in every manner imaginable. This was by far the best vacation I've ever had and I would recommend the Omni in Cancun to anybody.

We spent a week at the Omni Cancun hotel and had a wonderful time! The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are lush and we'll manicured. The service we received was beyond awesome. We would especially like to thank Francisco, Orlando, and Aureilo for going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Thank you Omni Cancun for a wonderful relaxing week!

Love this resort, great food in most places, the taco place is fantastic and just perfect after a few cocktails. Antonio at the pool bar is amazing, never an empty cup, keeps the drinks coming without even asking. Overall best place to be in Cancun, timeshare folks didn't bother us at all, guess we set the expectation that we would not be interested from the moment we got there, and they respected us and left us alone. Love this place!!!

Our stay was the best! I had my vow renewal there and everyone was awesome! Jesus our coordinator took care of everything from planning to getting everything ready for the big event. Bruno stepped in and made sure that everything went without a hitch! The location of the hotel is by far the best and the place itself is clean and very beautiful. The food was great and I recommend all their restaurants. All their food was excellent and fresh! The drinks were great and the view was spectacular! They had events and popup shops everyday we were there and had shows for us to enjoy! I cannot wait to return! The staff is the best part of this hotel everyone and I mean everyone is very nice, informative and helpful in everyday! They look out for your pockets as well! They will recommend places where you wont have to over pay for items you might need outside of the hotel. Will definitely be coming back again! They made it a home away from home.

Fell in love with this resort! Fantastic staff that treat you like royalty! Room is clean and resort is spotless!! It's all-inclusive with amazing food and drinks! Multiple pools available. Daily activities on-site, some family-oriented. Kids camp available as well. Each night you can enjoy a live show/presentation!

Beautiful grounds and resort. Staff is very friendly. I take it down a notch because of the effort the sales staff goes to in trying to acquire you as a club "timeshare" member. They are fixated on showing you the numbers that its mind numbing, and deal with numbers all day. There effort to layout "the numbers" and specify what they mean is completely ineffective. The rep we spoke with jotted numbers and calculations on yellow legal pad in such a way that I would be surprised if anyone make heads or tails of it. He just looked at us when he was done seemingly expecting us to be excited and to say Yes, sign us up. The whole process was a joke.
Take all that away and this facility is magnificent with its friendly staff, great service and pool options right on a beautiful section of beach. For that we had a great anniversary celebration.response / report this review -

I was really sad to leave and can't wait to go back. I didn't hear one cross word from anyone at all all week. The food was great, my one excursion by boat to snorkel was awesome, the room was nice and cool, the beach and pools were fabulous.

Wonderful time! We did go via a time share presentation that lasted a bit too long. However, the hotel and staff--fabulous. First, the three reservation required restaurants were amazing. I cannot say enough good things about DaVinci. The staff, the food, the manager who moved our reservations up-twice; all fantastic. We had breakfast at the buffet which was better than most buffets and lunch was either Sushi or taco stand. Both of which we good, fast and simple.

This place is amazing. We had a week long family reunion here with about 20 family members and it was an amazing time. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go! All the food and drink you could want. And the food is good! There are several pools to choose from, one has a swim-up bar. Lots of lounging chairs. There is a shallow pool perfect for the kids. The beach has plenty of chairs and cabanas for shade. We did some activities near the hotel like an evening cruise and zip lining. But honestly, we would have been happy staying only at the resort the whole week! One warning as with anytime you travel out of the US, don't drink he water! Don't brush your teeth with it. I had the absolute best experience there. This hotel has the best service I've ever encountered. Amazing men that serve the buffet. Beautiful scenery and hotel, of course. My only complaints are that the wifi that only seemed to work anywhere except my room. The food and drinks were all inclusive, and everything was prepared to perfection. I hope to return again.
