Very clean. Nice sized bed, but if you are tall it may be little short (as my husband who is 6 feet complained about the length of the bed). It's very clean and they give you 2 bottles of water for free daily, plus 2 shampoos and a lotion. There is a coffee maker but the cost of coffee is not included. They have upgraded the swimming pool, gym. Restaurant, and have added additional rooms and amenities. Still happy with the service. Ask the front desk about local restaurants and sports they are very helpful. Parking is available at the front and back of the building.

The place itself was nice. The only thing the first night our sheets were not cleaned and had someone elses hair in them. It would be nice to have at least one english speaker on duty at all times. I left a bottle of tequila on the front desk and came back and it was gone and everyone acted as if they didn't see it or understand what I was saying. But that was my fault. Overall a nice place and I would stay again

The room and the bathroom was nice and big. The reception was kind and helpful, but could not fulfill the early check-in request.
The bar was a disaster: i asked for a margarita, and received a glass of rum (!) with lime juice.
Breakfast was very slow and badly organised, tables were served at a complitely random order, but i also saw people sitting at the same table being served their dish with half hour difference.
Swimming pool looked nice from outside, but note that the cleaning was done by one staff member jumping in fully dressed and scrubbing the dirt from the tiles into the water - the water you are meant to swim in.
Location is good, close to restaurants, shopping centers, etc. right on the main street crossing the town.

Rooms are great. Service and restaurant is good. Being near to the road, can hear sound most of the day. Only disappointment was we were delayed check in till 3:30 even though we requested 2 hour early check-in and arrived at 1

Very nice, clean and friendly reception. Actually it's cheaper than I thought coz it's like a 4star hotel

Good and cheap hotel near the town centre. They have a little pool, a fitness room and is very clean. I had no balcony, but the room was comfy.

Very pleasant at check in, most accommodating. I've stayed here before. Cleanliness is A+. This time there was no restaurant due to renovations. Yes, it's noisy by the poolbut no fault of this Hotel. For the value, security, cleanliness, exceptional staffthis works for me.

Really nice rooms, with decent sized bathroom. WiFi dropped and couldn't be repaired until the morning. 5 mins walk to the Los Americas shopping plaza. 5 mins walk to the bus stop which takes you out to the beaches in the hotel zone. Good value for money.

Spent there one night on the 25th of February. Room was clean and spacious. Nice and soft bedlinens. At the moment they're building more rooms, so it's quite noisy around day time. Lots of pieces of concrete from the construction, some of what is in the pool as well. Fitness center doesn't really live up to its standards. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the good thing about construction is that they bring your breakfast to your room. All and all, quite pleasant place to stay.

Clean and tidy. Cheerful staff, friendly and service oriented. The iron at the bedroom wasn't working and they changed it with no hesitation. Security lockbox is hard to find, might need to call reception to find it. Great location close to everything

Went for a breakfast / brunch. The food quality was average, so were the drinks. Worth to mention that the price was low so cost benefits relation is good. Place is quiet and clean
