Beautiful hotel and incredible staff. This is the best resort on the island by far.
Hotel has 4 restaurants with 2 fine dining and 2 outdoor style. Alfredo’s is their Italian restaurant and it truly is something incredible (of course you have to try the Alfredo pasta).
The resort also offers many activities directly from the hotel grounds such as Scuba Diving, JetSki rental, Banana Boat rides etc.
Very family and kid friendly so feel free to bring the whole bunch!response / report this review -

This hotel is so beautiful! A very peaceful and fun place to stay. The staff is very very friendly. The food is wonderful! The water is so clear that makes snorkeling so fun. And the view is amazing!

Beautiful hotel and an all around wonderful experience! Immaculate rooms and property. The staff recognized my husband as an Aspire Elite member and upgraded our room
At the time of check in. All of the staff was very friendly. Marco and Ana with concierge were excellent to work with. Israel at the Le Cap Bar was always attentive to our cocktail needs. My husband and I had a couple massage at the spa that was out of this world. Overall, the food was good, but a bit on the pricey side. Only two downsides. We tried the Italian restaurant one night and I ordered fettuccine Alfredo. Unfortunately it was buttered noodles, no Alfredo sauce but that’s what I get for ordering Italian at a resort in Mexico. Also, there is no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. So if you are looking to take leftovers and reheat for a snack later, you are out of luck. More importantly, you are out of luck trying to keep beer cold! Otherwise, it was a wonderful resort and vacation. I would definitely stay at this resort again.response / report this review -

Nothing but good experiences here. The staff is SUPER polite and very discreet. You won't even see them cleaning away used towels or picking up dirty dishes. Good food, good service. Sightly old rooms but well managed. Would like to visit again.

The service and rooms here is amazing! All of the staff and service were so helpful. The room we had was huge. We had a great view. I don't have any negatives. It can be pricey for some looking for a cheap Mexican vacation but the restaurants and staff and rooms make it worth the stay. The beach is great for snorkeling.

Very clean and beautiful. 4th floor overlooking the ocean and infinity pool. Everyone waz very nice and accommodating. Spoke both Spanish and English. With three restaurants and bars, 2 pools and loads of things to do, I'd recommend this place to anyone!

WOW!!! just about sums it up! We have stayed at 5 different hotels on the island and the Presidente is hands down the best by far. Top of the line food, drinks and service along with a room with a spectacular view made this a vacation we will never forget. we can't wait to go back next year.

The grounds, beaches, pools and gym are all great. The hotel is going through renovation and is more than half finished. We originally had a ocean view suit but unfortunately those have not gone through renovation and we luckily had the opportunity to move to a renovated reg. ocean view room smaller but enjoyed it. Food is good, service is nice it's a great value compared to other places we stay on tropical diving trips.response / report this review -

This is one of the nicest hotels I've been in many years. Owners have spent millions renovating this extraordinary hotel with exquisite taste and detail to everything. Renovated rooms are impecable and beautifully decorated. I even ask the hotel manager of who renovated the rooms and ended up hiring the services of Jesus Irizar of MOB to decorate my house. Service is 5 star, Spa is extraordinary and food in every restaurant excellent. This hotel has become in one of my favorites and the fact that it is in Mexico makes it even better. Highly recommended.

Very good service and people, rooms and views! I'm a clean freak and the rooms were amazing. The beach and pool were very beautiful as well. No complaints whatsoever. Our room had a personal private outdoor rain shower that was amazing and it also backed up right to the private beach.

Located in one of the more beautiful parts of Cozumel, you are far enough away from city life to sense the noise, yet still a short taxi ride away if need be. The rooms, for the most part, are fairly dainty. If you want the best rooms possible, definitely invest in either the suites, or the rooms with direct ocean access. All of the food has been great, and there is a wide variety of authentic Mexican cuisine for breakfast. Also, this is a snorkeling paradise, as it is right next to Chankanaab. Overall, a great hotel with faultless service.

This was one of the best resorts I've ever been to. Here's the gist:
1. Incredible location right on the water.
2. Kind, professional, and responsive staff.
3. Great food and drinks at reasonable costs
4. Brilliant morning breakfast buffet right on the water
5. Lifeguard watching the shoreline
6. Ladder's into the water from the rocks
7. Comfortable beds with well maintained modern rooms.
8. 24/7 infinity pool and hot tub. The pool is heated.
9. Beachside fire pits that make for a romantic and relaxing evening.
10. Scuba diving school and dock pickup
