Stayed for 8 days in March/April 2018. Wonderful resort, a smidge on the smaller side, but that never seemed to be a problem. The hotel staff where fantastic, and strove to ensure we had a fabulous stay. Tip: All rooms are ocean view and restaurants line up around 6/6:30 (open at 5:30) eat early and avoid the pain! Love the fact that it's right in town and we could walk around and do some exploring. Would 100% return.

We love going to Cozumel and this was our 1st time at Cozumel Palace but i am sure we will be back!!! The hotel is small and clean, very cozy! Food was great (not a lot of choices but we loved Japanese and went their for a few dinners).we stayed 10 days.. We loved that they give you an allowance to use on some services. My husband got a great haircut and we use most of the allowance to go to see dolphins (i already posted a review for them). We went to one of those presentations only because my husband wanted to hear what it's all about And we got free tickets for adventure park, so i guess why not We never buy any membership, so i guess it's just not for us. Anyways, great hotel and perfect location! You can walk to Mega (similar to Target) to get anything you want.response / report this review -

Wonderful all inclusive resort with many amenities. The hallways are long and they do not have open circulation so after a cleaning, it's a little strong on detergent odor. Otherwise very clean and very spot on service. Staff is very pleasant. At the flamingo grill our family really appreciated Darwin, and his service and suggestions. He always had a wonderful demeanor and attitude.

Every room has either a king or two doubles, a jacuzzi, and balcony with hammock. Rooms are spacious and classy. View from the balcony is picturesque. Hotel has three restaurants and additional outdoor grill for dinner options. Hotel has an indoor and outdoor bar. All food and drinks included. Spa services are not included. Staff is easily the nicest and most helpful of any hotel I've ever been to. Call them anytime even late at night and they are still willing to help you with whatever you need. If you are interested in booking activities outside of the hotel, please contact Nelson at guest services. He is the only person you should speak with.response / report this review -

The rooms are good, the staff is friendly, the location is decent. The food is OK and it doesn't have a beach nearby, you have to travel south or go over the ferry for the beaches.
It's a place to stay if you get a good room rate but we felt the all inclusive package was a waste since we ended up going outside for the beaches.response / report this review -

One of the smallest of the palace resorts . Service is excellent. All rooms are ocean view. Nice swimming pools and all inclusive dining and activities and shows. There is a small man made beach with chairs . Beautiful ocean views

We only had a day pass. The place is very upscale and clean. Great atmosphere and waiters always appear out of nowhere to fetch you another drink. Lunch was a bit disappointing compared to Sandals.

Hands down, the best all inclusive I have ever been to in my life. Great food selection, amazing atmosphere and excellent room service. The drink selections are also a big bonus. The rooms are always maintained and kept as clean as can be. I had the time of my life here and I will definitely be staying in Cozumel palace again in thr future.

You can't get any better than the Palace!! Food!!, service with lots of smiles, snorkeling, paddleboards, double level swimming pool, fitness center, nightly entertainment, balconies, hammocks, the views!!, desserts are to die for!!, resort credits, the spa!!, Chankanaab Park nearby, shopping nearby, etc etc etc!!!

Room was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. Be aware that the water just off the pier can be pretty rough, but we did see several rays and a bounty of fish. Only one option for lunch, though there are many for dinner. Would return.response / report this review -

As members of palace resort, we decided to visit the Cozumel Palace to see what it's like and relax. The staff questioned our membership even tho we had "Palace Premire" wristbands. Wouldn't let us come in and relax enjoy a beverage. Even if rules have changed and they should still be courteous and inviting. I checked out the pool and oceanfront access. Not really worth the amenities of other Palace resorts.

Very small and personal service. Great for divers and folks who like to snorkel. Food and service are impeccable. Good location with easy walk to downtown and the ferry to Playa de Carmen

We stayed here a couple years ago and the entire experience was amazing. Great views and customer service and the drinks were yummy!! We snorkeled and did some scuba diving on the island, both of which I would recommend. We will be back one day!
