One of the most beautiful places where we have come to all staff were great food was good and had entertainment every night will come back in fall for our anniversary 2018. You will fall in love with this place.

Decent food and service. Seemed to get better on both accounts at the cabana bar and grille. We were staying in the condo next to this resort and wandered over. We had dinner and take out breakfast at the restaurant and thought it was very good, the service was ok in the hotel. The beach side bar and grille had similar items and were better in quality than the restaurant. The service was much more personable outside too. Cheers

We stayed at a nearby condo that had a membership for the Omni. We went there everyday, swam in the pools, laid on the beach, snorkeled in the ocean and ate meals there. This is an amazing place. The pools are warmed by the sun. There is a main pool where the kids can jump off the ledge, which connects to another pool with seating scattered throughout. There is a swim up bar with amazing daiquiris (try the strawberry or mango), which can be made without alcohol for the kids. The beach was always well maintained. There are two lagoons where the water is not too deep and the kids can play while you lounge in one of the chairs under an umbrella. Whoever you order food and drinks from when you first get there will be your personal waiter for the day. He or she will come back frequently to bring more drinks, check to see how you are and make sure that everything is going well. The Omni was our favorite place! Great for kids and adults.

Front desk is friendly. The daily guys that work the swim up pool are unfriendly and walk around with long faces which creates a not-so-fun environment when sitting in the bar pool. We had Dorato as a new server. He frequented the beach area for food and drinks. He was EXCELLENT, very FRIENDLY and a model employee. We visit Omni six times a year. Food is good especially the Basil Margarita. Nice beach area and pool. Need customer service improvement at bar and for this reason rating a 3.

Its really expensive and nor the drinks or food are good. Its a pretty place but theres many beautiful places that are not as expensive. I would not be tented to come back only if it was my last resort

Cozy and tiny, exclusive 32 or so, hotel rooms with an amazing secluded beach. All inclusive, and quiet. Always booked solid during high season.

Try to avoid rooms in the street, a problem with rooms also is that you can only use air conditioned to change the air in their interior! (there are not mosquito nets at all, you remain all the time with closed windows and the humidity in all rooms is terrible!!! WCs have many problems also). Nevertheless the hotel offers good services but pay attention: these services could not be enough to compensate the noisy lack from the street if you choose a room exposed to it. It seems that the beach was much beautiful some years ago, now is really short. A day we were snorkeling and really there are many, many fishes and animals, this is incredible! For families with children it could be O. K. if you search for a (not) beach with a calm sea -here it is calm if you remain into the artificial protection made with stones-. The restaurant offer a breakfast that does not include normal things in every Mexican hotel (they offer less from other hotels and if you ask for changes in the preparation of eggs or fruits and orange juice -for example- they charge immediately additional rates to your room!!!!
The staff is really friendly, it is the best characteristic of this hotel.response / report this review -

Amazing cannot say enough. It's worth the money. Don't stay in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. This is expensive compared to others BUT for a family it is safe and convenient. I recommend it highly. Beautiful beaches and great staff. Food is amazing and again safe!

This is a great hidden little gem in Peurto Aventurous!! Right on the best beach in the area. The staff is amazing and the condos gorgous!! Why stay at a resort when you can vacation at this fabulous home away from home!!

Great swim up pools. 400 pesos for a day pass. 300 pesos of that can be used for food and drinks. Beach is right there for some great snorkeling. Nice setup!

Very nice for a short stay. Has both beach access and a pool. Friendly staff. Rooms a little dated but nice for the discounted price of $180/night. Not sure I would spend $300/night here though!
