I chose to have my wedding here and brought 35 people with me.

The resort was awesome. The rooms were a bit outdated but still good with great AC. The staff would call occasionally to check in.

The wedding coordinator Nidia and her associate Cristina were simply fantastic. I rate them 5 stars.

The beach was nice. Lots of seaweed but they had tractors running along all day to reduce the buildup. I had a blast swimming in the ocean.

I loved the small pool by the junior black and white club as it was a quiet spot to hang out with our guests.

The staff are 5 stars the service was extraordinary.

My only complaint is that I brought 35 guests and was told I would get a room upgrade. I felt that they had lots of upgrade options available as the hotel was hardly at capacity. When I called to discuss that I did not have an upgraded suite, I was told I could upgrade in 2 days. I am not one to live out of a suitcase that long, so I just unpacked and decided not to waste my vacation moving from one room to another. That would be my one disappointment in the entire experience. and actually when I checked out, I was charged for 2 more bottles of champagne than what I had ordered. I had ordered 2 bottles one night at an a la carte restaurant but was charged for 4.

This experience is the best one yet! It’s my first time going to Mexico and this is the best place for it! 10/10 with food, service, rooms, and pools. I have seen them work hard to make the pools , river of theirs, and the ocean clean for us. There is a machine that gets rid of the seaweed that gets washed up on the ocean so it could be clean and easy to walk on. Go to Mexico in April. I know it will be humid but that’s when in the morning you can go to the cleaned out pool and feel great. All inclusive is the best because you really don’t have to worry about paying so much money. Also bring change or such to tip them because they are doing a fantastic job in making our stay the best and yours too. Go to any of the palladium hotels. There’s 3 and they are all great so if you want the best stay in Mexico go to Palladium !!

Very nice And luxurious hotel, very nice rooms, good bufet restaurant (breakfast Are much more better than lunch and dinner), in a la carte restaurants one can find very delicious food. The staff is very very kind and make what they in your eyes. They will help with every problem. I very recommend this hotel for your holiday, ever you are young couple or family with children!

Rip-off trinkets (offer 1/4 the asking price; settle for 1/2).

Went with a friend for a relaxing week. Everything was wonderful from giving us cold wet towels upon arrival to the welcome basket. They were kind, sweet, respectful at all times. Room was kept clean, thought we are already neat people by staff. The food was excellent.

Rooms are very old. Electricity went out numerous times, had people come and repair it. Floor was broken. They were completely packed and could not give me a better room. I am not sure if they had a better room, because the lady at the lobby, Ana explained that all the rooms looked the same, just the junior suite was a little bigger. Territory was huge, they put three resorts together: kantenah, colonial, and white sands. Food was not that good, many other resorts i have been to had better food. The beach was nice, from all three hotels there was one spot in the sea that did not have a bunch of rocks. The pools were nice, big, and heated. The nightly entertainment was OK. It doesn't matter which one you go to, kantenah, colonial, or white sands, its all the same, including the rooms, just the colors are different.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The food is wonderful. It's like there is a hive of worker bees running around attending to all off our needs (there is a ton of staff). I hope they're paid well. The basic rooms are nice, so upgrading to White Sands must be better. I would come back here.

Not happy, toilet and shower dirty ( sand all over seat ) when we checked in, patio screen door fell off, room not cleaned this is second daypatio door still off and I cleaned the bathroom myself thank goodness for antibacterial wipes. Front desk was told on our first day here still nothing, very disappointed as this is my grandson's wedding / family holiday.

Already reviewed as a guest so will focus on the restaurants. The buffet restaurants offer a selection as good (if not better) than the more famous buffet restaurant chains you find in most cities. I feel the quality and variety of food at the buffet restaurants has improved over the last three years. The a la carte restaurants are at a very high standard and cater for most world cusines but they are all similar enough (in terms of menu format etc) to not feel overwhelmed by the choice. All of the restaurants in this hotel have very well trained and polite staff who speak very good English. They seem to work very hard and obviously take pride in what they do.

We stayed here a few years ago and have never forgotten how great it was. It really does have everything an all inclusive should. Our friends were married there and it was perfect. We're currently looking into it for January. Can't wait to return.

Went for my brothers wedding, and wanted to have our group sit together each night which was a huge issue. Customer service was not what I expected compared to the past times I've gone to Mexico. The food was very bland and my poor dad ended up getting food poisoning the night before the wedding, and said he saw the employees washing cups out in the woods as he was throwing up. When we first arrived to our room it was wet from the humidity and smelled like mold which we could actually see above the shower because they don't run the a/c when they aren't occupied. The hotel was pretty, and I liked the setup, but that's the only nice thing I can say about it. I've stayed at the Riu in Playa Del Carmen before and that one was a lot better in comparison.

Beautiful resort and unlimited a la carte dinners! The buffets were not all that great. Food was often cold even though it was always busy. The sports bar was awesome. Get made to order wings, nachos, tacos and pizza there. Alejandro and Alfredo at the swim up bar were great and kept things fun and lively. We did have an issue during our first 24 hours where someone from the resort tried to enter our room twice while we were inside the room without knocking. The first time was at 4am! For some reason their system was showing our room as unoccupied. Luckily we had the chain lock on both times but it was still very inconvenient and unsettling. They offered complimentary access to the spa for us to make up for it but we didn't make use of it. Not really our thing.

Excellent hôtel! J'y ai séjourné pour le mariage d'un couple et puis les chambres sont très bien dans l'unité 42. Les services et super ainsi que la nourriture excellente et varié. On y trouve vraiment de la qualité. Au niveau des réseau d'aqueduc l'eau est de bonne pression pour la douche et aussi il y a une usine de filtration à même l'hôtel avec un système à osmose inversé ce qui fait que l'eau est potable au chambre. La piscine est grande et on est pas tous tassé les uns contre les autres. La plage est belle et agréable à marché. Je recommande cet hôtel dans hésitation.

Great resort for anyone. Kids area with clubs and separate pool. Plenty of bars and restaurants. 5 hotels to hop back and forth too. Awesome spa area, and great massage too. Nightly entertainment is great. Awesome beach front, and huge amazing grounds. Wildlife and trees is all surrounding you. Clean rooms.
The reason I give it four stars is because of the food. You had a large selection to choose from, but it was tasteless and not worth eating. I had the worst meatballs and pasta ever at the Italian restaurant. The Thai food was by far the best. Top shelf liquor is served at all bars, which is awesome.

Great service, beautiful resort with lots to do! My first time travelling and it was definitely one of the best experiences I've had. Will be making a future appearance to this place again sometime soon. Only negative were the ants found in the sink. Once quick call to reception and they were gone for good.

Location, rooms, and food were great; however, our reservations were not followed. We were part of a wedding party and all of our room we're supposed to be close to each other. We reserved a year in advance so they should have been able to accommodate the reservations as stated. Instead, the sister of the bride and her husband were placed on the far opposite side of the complex and it is a very large complex. When we asked why this young couple was placed so far away from the rest of the wedding party and family the hotel seemed to think it didn't matter and felt that it was just our tough luck. Some of our family members reserved king size beds but only got doubles. I guess what I'm saying is: the place is beautiful with plenty to do, plenty of restaurants to choose from, wonderful pools and a beautiful beach but don't be surprised if you don't get the room or the bed you reserved.

The best place that I have ever been to. Everything was amazing. So fun there, so much to do. The staff are really good people. The food is incredible. I highly recommend it.
