Pretty place, but service was bad and folks were very unfriendly at the Ceiba Beach Resort. The rest of Cozumel was fun and folks were super friendly Eager to sell anything though, so be careful.

This was one of the excursions from our cruise. It was snorkelling, cenotes, then to this beach for a buffet/chill. The buffet was great. Grilled chicken, shredded beef, guacamole. You can have fajitas or nachos or tacos. The beach was beautiful, plenty of places to sit or lay and relax in the shade. Can't wait till the next cruise, we're coming back here.

Cruise staff that use the resort while in port are loud and obnoxious. Accomodations are acceptable. Food is good. Bartenders over pour so be ready for it. The saving grace is their staff! AWESOME people!!!

Excellent day pass prices, amazing service, massage opportunities right on the beach, and unlimited food and drinks with beach and pool options to enjoy. There were also snorkeling options for those that enjoy that activity. Not only would we consider returning, but we would even consider a full family vacation there.

Great little resort as long as you don't mind seeing cruise ships 6 days out of 7 right outside your resort- ruining the view. Food is gr8 especially the breakfast and daily happy hour too boot. On-site dive shop and great secluded beach with ready access snorkeling but then again there are three to four cruise ships to look at in case you get bored.

The restrooms were gross both the men and womens. half of them were not flushing or out of paper. There is no where to change into swimsuit so u had to go manuever around the nasty stall. We paid $18 for (frozen magarita )2 drinks that were nasty. They were bitter and not much alcohol at all.

Great place for a group to stay. Access to beach, volleyball courts, giant chess board, pool and hot tub with swim up bar, they have it all. Rooms are nice and staff is friendly. All inclusive option is a great deal: food and drinks are great!

I am very impressed with the staff. The food is definitely 5 star. Incredible views of the ocean and sunset. Rooms are updated and very well appointed. Dive shop extremely skilled staff. Great dives on Cozumel .

Had a great time shopping. Was able to find some Cuban cigars and local tequila and decent prices. Always enjoy visiting Cozumel. Definitely a place to visit

Clean beautiful hotel on the beach. Twenty dollars to use the(fresh water)pool and beach with a twelve dollar credit for drinks or lunch. Great food! Walking distance from the cruise port too!

Nice get away. Food was good, rooms were a bit dated and the drinks were really watered down. Switched to beer day 1. The staff were really good. Views from our room in the top floor was nice, but not mind blowing. It was a good price for all inclusive for a 3 day visit or weekend trip. But for a full vacation it may be found wanting.

I find this hotel probably one of the best I have ever visited. It has great food, and the maids clean your room so well, you don't have to worry about little smudges on your mirror! Make sure you book the right room, though. I stayed in the upper level. It wasn't as nice, but was surely cozy.
When you step inside, your offered a drink due to the fact that there is very hot weather outside.
Once, it was pouring and my family needed to get to a shop. The staff lent us the Manager's. Umbrella. How awesome is that?! Would I recommend it? Yes!response / report this review -

La Ceiba Beach in Cozumel is a clean and safe beach to visit. There are restaurants and store all around it. There are also vendors with trinkets for sale. The beach is monitored by the National Police and again, you are safe. Feel free to rent bike, horse, burro and take a tour around the white sand beach. Eat the local tacos and have a cold drink. Above all enjoy the friendly disposition of the local Mexicans. They love tourists and take care of them well, Adios and Viva Mexico!

Great location for other facilities within the area , prime location within reach of the beach . Clean and reasonably priced with descent sized rooms with facilities. Pool and restaurant on site , friendly and attentive staff

A full day of food and fun. There are additional charges for some activities like the fish pedicure (which was a lot of fun and tickles). There are shops and the food is actually well prepared for the amount of people being served. Worth going again.
