La habitación nos fue presentada en calidad subóptima, las puertas de los cajones estaban caídas, la puerta del armario no estaba fija y la coladera de la ducha estaba botada.

A good and relative cheap hotel if you want to stay in the heart of Mexico city. Just a few walking minutes away from the Alameda Central park. Rooms are ok but i usually found that AC sockets didn't work. So charging phones or computers where a little bit of a pain

Good service. But furniture and carpet needs to be renewed. Central heating is needed, too.

The rooms for the most part are fine. The bathroom floor is always wet because there is something leaking. Other than that I have a enjoyable stay

The rooms had no power outlets, the toilet wasn't working and so was the TV. With that said, the location is pretty good, near Bellas Artes and it seemed as a safe zone.

The hotel is extremely conveniently located close to many attractions. The hotel and rooms are clean and mostly in good repair, and the food is delicious!

Avoid the 13th floor! The rooms, especially the bathroom, were disgusting. We were relocated to the 14th floor which was a bit better standard. The block in which it stands is ready for demolition! Otherwise it is convenient for the historic centre, so gets 2 stars. Will be giving this place a miss next time, for sure.

Sort of ok for a place to crash. Nothing fancy. Its not a 4 star hotel, maybe a 2 or 2.5 star hotel. Front desk staff is very nice. Door has a flimsy lock the type that slides and no lock on door knob. Dont walk barefooted on carpet, it looks like it needs to be cleaned.
The rooms are big and we had a king size bed and a twin. No refrigerator. Free Wi-fi works good.

If you enjoy firm mattresses, you'll get amazing sleep here. I love a firm mattress and I slept like a baby everytime!
