The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in and that is saying something. The worst customer service, disgusting and I mean disgusting rooms. Everyone in our group is suffering from bed bugs. There are other hotels in the area so please do some investigation and don't stay in this hell hole

Terrible service, the rooms had a nasty smell, the bathroom was so small that the legs had to be under the sink when trying to use the toilet. The shower very small too.

I don't have much to say about the property or the small rooms What really kills this hotel is the lack of service culture and the bad attitude shown by it's staff, specially at the front desk. They have a privileged location in Polanco but I really do not recommend it to anyone looking for the most essential part of booking a room: Service.
I'm not speaking of "only" one "bad experience", we have booked several rooms for other guests as my business is just a couple of blocks away and it's a recurring problem. If you have time to read the other reviews you'll see what I mean.response / report this review -

Excellent location and decent prize. The rooms is really small, but it's just enough for a business trip. Don't have room service.
