The hotel looks good so far, the only detail in my room is that the master key holder where you put the card to turn all lights on, it's broken so I have to play a little so the lights turn on room 2220

Location of the hotel is great, a lot of options for lunch/dinner. The area is quiete safe!! The hotel is nice, the food could be better. This is a great option to visit the WTC!

Location is prime, as it is located right next to the World Trade Center. Rooms are of good size and well equipped, with microwave, sink, iron and ironing board. I had an issue with shower not draining properly.

I think that the price you pay for it is very economic, the hotel offers you Breakfast that has good taste, also has gym, and in the nights they have at the Lobby live music Anda bar, you have the option to room service your food, the location of the hotel is Great, you have the WTC, And many stores/restaurant around it.

Beautiful hotel! Recently renovated and big spacious rooms at an affordable price. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the location was perfect. Restaurants, cafes and shopping were at the doorstep. The staff were friendly and eager to assist. The security was top notch. The breakfast was included and had great variety and was fresh and delicious. This is a hotel we will be staying in again and again throughout our visits to Mexico City. Highly recommended!

For the business professional this provides the essentials rooms are well keptthe air conditioning units are rather noisy, and the bed was only comfy on one side hence the reason I'm deducting 2 stars. The breakfast buffet is a good selection. Attached to the crowne plaza hotel you have access to that hotels restaurants which offers a good food selection.

Room size is good. Location is great. Included breakfast is okay. Two weird things: the wash basin, which usually resides in the bathroom, is in the sleeping area, so you or your fellow travelers have no privacy while you gargle, brush your teeth, put on your makeup, and such. This alone will make me avoid this hotel in the future. And, two: the reading lamps over the beds will not work unless the brighter overhead lights are also on. Let me know who the architect is so I may make sure never to hire him (or her).
