I was there for an emergency business trip, the staff at the hotel were great, breakfast was normal, however they need to make sure that short order cooks at the buffet use utensils to handle food or gloves when serving customers ( health issues please ), would like to of a variety at the breakfast buffet its great to have local food, some pastries and or whole grains. thank you.

The only negative point is that the coffe at the breakfast need to be served by a waiter. Not always available, later they evento request a tip. Isto believe It is easier to have a dispenser ir even a expresso machine. Better coffe and cheaper.
Deve coffe att the tablet os not realy a service. It some times disturbs more than helps.

Good stay. Food is acceptable but could taste better. Room service is ok but waited more than 20min on hold! Rooms ok and comfortable.

Novotel Santa Fe have a great places for events, polite personal who give an enjoyable stay. They are making a renovation in their rooms that have a great finishes and promises to finish the next year. It's good to be here
