Fabulous location. All you expect from the Hyatt group. Stayed here many times and even during one of the many demonstrations around the city, the army seems to dedicate an armed escort stationary outside the building. Metro station on 2 lines and the back of the hotel is well served by trendy bars and restaurants. Consider yourself safe around here.
The room is comfy, good a/c, bathroom, bed good, very calm on my floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Gym well equipped, they have Trainers to guide you with your work out. Indoor pool not very big. They have a terrace to sunbathe.
Great hotel at excelent location! Rooms are well sized and well decored. Staff is friendly, cordial and helpful. The three restaurants have unique atmosphere and excellent food. Well equipped gym. The service is great and it is located in one of the best areas of the Mexico city, walking distance of hundreds restaurants and bars around. Super recommended!
We had a great time at this hotel. Good food, including gluten-free bread and pastries, helpful staff, nice rooms. Even the view was nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
New year's Eve party was fun too, and they had lots of food at their buffet.
This place left nothing to chance. I rarely enjoy hotels so much. The location is ideal in the rich yuppie area of Polanco and walking distance (like 15 to 20 min) from toms of museums including the National Anthropology Museum which is a must see. The service was amazing. Everyone thought two steps ahead for what you may need. Even the food for breakfast and NYE dinner was delicious. I would love to return next time I am in Mexico City and I highly recommend them!
My boss seems to have gotten food poisoning here but at least they have a doctor! I didn't get food poisoning though, it might be the papaya. (watch out). Otherwise nice, pretty weak water shower pressure on the 34th floor though. Great employees and service.
A nice Hyatt situated on the edge of the park and a well-heeled neighborhood. It would be hard to do better than to stay here. We had access to the club on the 40th floor which served a nice breakfast and what amounted to dinner in the evenings. The staff was friendly and happy to help us while we practiced our Spanish.
Great hotel. Good facilities, nice swimming pool and good location. Last but definitely not least: great staff from the fitness center to the frontdesk. Well run!
The lobby is nice, but the rooms are dated. My biggest complaint is that coworker and I, who were on a business, we're falsely accused of stealing another guest's i-phone. The hotel questioned us and then proceeded to tell the other guest that we seemed suspicious causing that guest to come up and question us. We emptied our bags, but that did not suffice. The hotel's reason for accusing us was that they had seen on their security cameras that my friend had gone into the bathroom after said other guest lost their phone and was the "only one" who had been in there. Conveniently, the phone was later found downstairs in the trash can when we had been upstairs the whole time. The hotel did not apologize. Needless to say we did not feel comfortable here anymore.
Amazing hotel, the rooms are very modern and clean. Hotel does have a nice fitness center and a pool. The location is next to multiple different bars, clubs, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it!
Great option to stay in Mexico City. The rooms are huge and compfy. The fitness center has a great area with a pool and an amazing view of the national auditorium. This place is close to Polanco area and the national anthropology Museum. It is a great location for both business and sightseeing.
This is a really nice Hyatt property. No major complaints. The room was reasonably well appointed, and the hotel is centrally located. There's a nice sized gym and a pool. The in house restaurants also seem pretty good. I ate at Rulfo and it was very good. I do wish there was a store to buy more bottled water and snacks in the hotel (other than the in house bakery/cafe and candy store), but there is a 7-11 across the street behind the hotel.
Fantastic and conveniently located property. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The mattresses in their bedrooms were delightful. I will definitely go back. The views of the city from the room were amazing!!!
This is a magnificent hotel located in the Polanco district of Mexico City. The foyer is incredible with high ceilings and great art work on display. The breakfast is located here and it is one of my favorite places in the world. They have fresh everything and the service is perfect. The room itself is wonderful, comfortable and has everything you need - including great views. Pick a high floor and enjoy your stay!
Fabulous hotel. Highly recommend and would always love to stay whenever I go to Mexico City. Excellent service, great location, amazing breakfast with a great variety of quality food, especially 6 types of freshly made juice which are great for health-conscious travelers. I have enjoyed my stay here thoroughly and totally worth it.
Amazing rooms, restaurants and overall service. Well located and accessible. Not to mention an amazing sports and fitness program that gets you started in the morning.
What a great hotel! Friendly professional courteous staff. Great rooms with all the amenities! Well definitely come back!
A very nice hotel in a fantastic location. I went there multiple times for business and the service and quality is always consistent and high level. Bedrooms are large and very well equipped. Large flat screen TV with a nice selection of international channels. The bed is very comfortable. A bedroom on the Regency Club levels gives you access to the Regency Club lodge where you can find food and drink almost all day and where you can meet with friends or colleague and watch TV. The gym is very well equipped and with a lot of exercise options, swimming pool and even a sauna. The lobby area is very open and the variety of seating areas, food and drink will make your time there awesome. This hotel is a good option for vacations and visiting Mexico City.
